ترجیحات عمومی برای حفاظت از گونه‌های در حال انقراض (بررسی موردی: ماهیان خاویاری دریای مازندران)

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: ماهیان خاویاری دریای مازندران از موجودات ارزشمند اقتصادی و کمیاب و متاسفانه در آستانه انقراض  هستند. با توجه به اهمیت اقتصادی و  به‌ویژه زیست‌محیطی این گونه از ماهیان برای ایران و اکوسیستم منطقه، در این پژوهش به ارزیابی اقتصادی ارزش حفاظتی ماهیان خاویاری دریای مازندران پرداخته و تمایل به پرداخت افراد تعیین شد.مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش به ارزش حفاظتی ماهیان خاویاری دریای مازندران پرداخته و تمایل به پرداخت افراد با استفاده از روش دومرحله‌ای هکمن تعیین شد. تعداد نمونه لازم بر اساس روش کوکران محاسبه شد و با استفاده از داده‌های حاصل از 358 پرسش‌نامه دوگانه یک و نیم بعدی، در سال 1393، تحلیل‌های مورد نظر انجام شد.نتایج و بحث: نتایج نشان داد که روش دومرحله‌ای هکمن که می‌تواند بین عوامل موثر بر پذیرش تمایل به پرداخت و نیز عوامل موثر بر میزان آن تمایز قایل شود، در مجموع متوسط تمایل به پرداخت به‌دست‌آمده  معادل 15311ریال در ماه برای هر خانوار محاسبه شد. همچنین، ارزش حفاظتی سالانه‌ی ماهیان خاویاری 8/336 میلیارد ریال به دست آمده است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند توجیه لازم برای سرمایه‌گذاری در پروژه‌های حفاظت از ماهیان خاویاری و همچنین بهبود ذخایر آن را فراهم آورد. همچنین طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی برای بالا بردن سطح آگاهی صیادان و درک اهمیت بقای گونه‌های در حال انقراض، پیشنهاد شد.

چکیده English

Introduction: Caspian Sea sturgeons are a valuable economic resource, a rare species and unfortunately endangered.Materials and methods: In response to these factors, the present study assesses the preservation value of Caspian Sea sturgeon by applying two-stage Heckman models in order to analysis and compare individual willingness to pay. The sample size was calculated by a simple stochastic sampling method and then all the analyses were performed using information from 358 One-and-One-half-Bound Dichotomous questionnaires.Results and discussion: The results show that, although the two-step Hackman method can distinguish the factors affecting a willingness to pay and factors affecting the accepted level of cost. The average value of willingness to pay as based on Heckman‘s two-step approach is 15,311 Rials per month per household.Conclusion:The preservation of annual value use as based on Heckman's two-step approach is 336.8 Million Rials.
