منشاءیابی و ارزیابی خطر بالقوه بوم شناختی برخی فلزهای سنگین در خاک سطحی اطراف مجتمع دفع و پردازش پسماند جامد شهری آرادکوه تهران
سابقه و هدف: فلزهای سنگین از شایعترین آلاینده های خاک هستند که از قابلیت ایجاد خطر برای سلامت انسان و بویژه کودکان برخوردارند. از اینرو، این پژوهش با هدف منشاءیابی و ارزیابی خطر بالقوه بوم شناختی عناصر آهن، روی، سرب، کادمیم، کروم و نیکل در خاک سطحی اطراف مجتمع دفع و پردازش پسماند جامد شهری آرادکوه تهران در سال 1399 انجام یافت.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، پس از جمع آوری 30 نمونه خاک سطحی از 10 ایستگاه منتخب واقع در مجاور مجتمع آرادکوه و سپس آماده سازی و هضم اسیدی نمونه ها در آزمایشگاه، محتوی عناصر به روش طیف سنجی نوری پلاسمای جفت شده القایی خوانده شد. همچنین، نسبت به محاسبه سنجه های ارزیابی درجه آلودگی خاک، خطرپذیری بالقوه بوم شناختی و خطرپذیری بالقوه بوم شناختی تجمعی اقدام شد. برای شناسایی منابع بالقوه عناصر در نمونه های خاک از روش تحلیل مؤلفه های اصلی و برای تشخیص گروه بندی عناصر از خوشه بندی سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد. پردازش آماری نتایج نیز با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS انجام یافت.نتایج و بحث: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین غلظت عناصر )میلی گرم در کیلوگرم( در نمونه های خاک برابر با 6 / 26651 برای آهن، 7 / 71 برای روی، 7 / 27 برای سرب، 22 / 1 برای کادمیم، 3 / 22 برای کروم و 8 / 32 برای نیکل بوده است. از طرفی، کیفیت خاک سطحی منطقه مورد مطالعه بنابر مقادیر فاکتور غنی شدگی از "غنی شدگی جزئی" تا "غنی شدگی متوسط به بالا"، بنابر مقادیر سنجه آلودگی از "آلودگی ناچیز" تا "آلودگی زیاد"، برطبق مقادیر سنجه درجه آلودگی در "درجه متوسط آلودگی"، برطبق مقادیر سنجه ژئوشیمیایی مولر از "غیرآلوده" تا "آلودگی متوسط" متغیر بوده است. نتایج محاسبه سنجه Er نشان داد که خطر بالقوه بوم شناختی برای عناصر روی، سرب، کروم و نیکل "کم" و برای عنصر کادمیم"متوسط" بوده است. از طرفی، با توجه به اینکه میانگین مقدار سنجه RI برابر با 9 / 170 بود، بنابراین، سنجه خطرپذیری بالقوه بوم شناختی تجمعی عناصر در نمونه های خاک مورد مطالعه در دسته "مخاطره بوم شناختی متوسط" قرار داشت. نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و سنجه های ژئوشیمیایی مولر، PI و IPI در تطابق با نتایج PCA و HCA ، بیانگر آن بود که عناصر روی، کادمیم، کروم و نیکل در نمونه های خاک احتمالاً ازمنابع انسان ساخت و سرب نیز از منبع طبیعی نشأت گرفته است.نتیجه گیری: هر چند میانگین مقادیر سنجه RI عناصر در نمونه های خاک منطقه مورد مطالعه در محدوده خطر بوم شناختی متوسط قرار داشت، ولی از آنجا که عنصر کادمیم با % 3 / 93 بیشترین سهم را در ایجاد مخاطره بوم شناختی داشته است، از اینرو، توجه به شناسایی و کنترل منابع انتشار این عنصر در محیط خاک با قابلیت انتقال آلاینده ها به زنجیر غذایی و یا ایجاد خطر برای سلامت شهروندان از طریق تماس پوستی و یا تنفس ذرات آلوده برای حفظ سلامت شهروندان توصیه می شود.

سابقه و هدف: ارتباطات سیمای سرزمین نقش بسیار مهمی در مدیریت منطقه های حفاظت شده دارد. در منطقه حفاظت شده ورجین گونه غالب قوچ و میش البرز مرکزی است که جمعیت آن در 20 سال گذشته به دلیل تخریب زیستگاه و تکه تکه شدن در حال کاهش بوده است. تاکنون مطالعات بسیاری در رابطه با ارزیابی اثرهای محیط زیستی توسعه نقاط شهری اطراف منطقه حفاظت شده ورجین صورت گرفته است، اما هیچ مطالعه ای در رابطه با وضعیت ارتباطات و کیفیت زیستگاه در این منطقه به صورت همزمان انجام نشده است. با توجه به موقعیت قرارگیری این منطقه حفاظت شده در البرز مرکزی، یکی از راهکارهای بسیار مهم در حفاظت زیستگاه های موردنظر، بررسی ارتباطات بین لکه های زیستگاهی و شناسایی کریدورهای جابجایی گونه است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل مسیرهای ارتباطی بین لکه های زیستگاه قوچ و میش در منطقه حفاظت شده ورجین و در نظرگیری کیفیت زیستگاه به عنوان یکی از عامل های تأثیرگذار بر حضور بیشتر گونه در لکه های منتخب است. با استفاده از این روش می توان لکه های زیستگاهی در منطقه را در راستای حفاظت بیشتر اولویت بندی نمود.مواد و روش ها: تصویرهای ماهواره ای لندست هفت و هشت مربوط به سال 1381 و 1397 به عنوان دو نقشه پایه و زمان حال برای استفاده در مدل کیفیت زیستگاه و تحلیل ارتباطات در این پژوهش انتخاب شد. برای بررسی سنجه ارتباطات زیستگاهی در دو مقیاس لندسکیپ و لکه نیز سنجه های dBC و dPC محاسبه شد. نرم افزار مورداستفاده برای این ارزیابی، نرم افزار Graphab بوده که با استفاده از نظریه گراف به صورت شبکه ای از گره ها و مسیرها، ارتباط بین لکه های زیستگاهی را با درنظرگیری آستانه وارد شده و برمبنای روش اقلیدسی محاسبه می کند. از سوی دیگر کیفیت زیستگاه با تأثیرگذاری عامل های انسانی روی کدهای زیستگاهی در دو بازه زمانی به عنوان خدمت اکوسیستمی منطقه حفاظت شده با استفاده از نرم افزار InVEST به دست آمد. درنهایت خروجی هردو نرم افزار وارد محیط ArcGIS 10.4 شده و با طبقه بندی نرمال، طبقات ارتباطات زیستگاهی و کیفیت زیستگاه به دست آمد.نتایج و بحث: نتایج نشانگر این امر است که سنجه dPC در بازهای بین 0 تا 796 / 0 و سنجه dBC در بازه 0 تا 11 + E 58 / 7 به دست آمده است. این مقادیر در محیط ArcGIS ، به 5 گروه متفاوت اهمیت تقسیم شدند و 23 لکه زیستگاهی هرکدام درجه متفاوتی از اهمیت را به خود اختصاص دادند. دو لکه یک و چهار در سمت راست منطقه حفاظت شده اهمیت بسیار زیادی در حفظ دو سنجه dBC و dPC دارند . همچنین خروجی مدل InVEST نشان می دهد کیفیت زیستگاه در نواحی شمال و شمال شرقی منطقه در طبقات کم و در جنوب منطقه نیز در طبقه بسیار کم قرارگرفته است. با اولویت بندی دو نقشه ارتباطات و کیفیت زیستگاه، لکه های زیستگاهی دارای اولویت حفاظت به دست آمد که لکه های سمت شرقی و جنوبی منطقه را تشکیل می دهند.نتیجه گیری: لکه هایی که ازلحاظ ارتباطات اهمیت ویژه ای داشته و همچنین دارای کیفیت زیستگاه بهتری نسبت به سایر لکه های دیگر است، در قسمت شرق و جنوب شرقی منطقه حفاظت شده ورجین قرار گرفت. این مطالعه با قدمی نوین و با استفاده از سنجه های ارتباطی در دو مقیاس لندسکیپ و لکه و با در نظرگیری خدمت اکوسیستمیِ کیفیت زیستگاه به شناسایی لکه های دارای اهمیت در طرح حفاظتی پرداخته و می تواند برای دیگرگونه های سنجه در مناطق حفاظت شده مورداستفاده قرارگیرد. به طورقطع با تغییر مقیاس مطالعه و در نظرگیری دو منطقه حفاظت شده لار و البرز مرکزی در دو سوی ورجین، نتایج مطالعات ارتباطات و درنهایت اولویت بندی تغییر خواهد کرد.

مقایسه میزان بازداری فیلترهای مختلف جهت تعیین کلروفیل - آ در آبهای ساحلی
سابقه و هدف: فیلتراسیون یکی از مهمترین مرحله ها در مطالعات فیتوپلانکتونی است. انتخاب یک فیلتر به عامل های مختلفی از جمله قطر چشمه و قیمت آن بستگی دارد. در پژوهش اخیر، پاسخ های به دست آمده به کمک سه فیلتر با قطر چشمه در حدود یکسان Whatman ،CHM و BOECO جهت یافتن فیلتر بهتر به منظور استفاده در پژوهش های دریایی مقایسه شدند.مواد و روش ها: نمونه برداری در 6 نقطه از آب های ساحلی بندر بوشهر در فصل زمستان ) 1396 ( انجام گرفت. نمونه ها سپس با فیلترهای مورد نظر فیلتر شده و پس از اندازه گیری کلروفیل - آ، نتایج با هم مقایسه شدند. از آزمون کالموگروف - اسمیرنوف برای تعیین توزیع داده ها استفاده گردید. جهت ارزیابی معنی دار بودن اختلاف ها از معیار اندازه احتمال با سطح آزمون 05 / 0 > P استفاده شد.نتایج و بحث: در بیشتر ایستگاه ها کمترین میزان کلروفیل - آ مربوط به فیلتر CHM بود. پاسخ های فیلتر BOECO در همبستگی مناسبی با فیلتر Whatman بودند. در بیشتر ایستگاه ها، میزان بازداری کلروفیل - آ با استفاده از فیلتر BOECO نسبت به فیلترهای دیگر بیشتر بوده اما نتایج به دست آمده با استفاده از فیلترهای BOECO و Whatman دارای اختلاف معنی داری نبودند ) P>0.05 (. بنابراین این فیلتر )برخلاف فیلتر CHM ( می تواند جایگزین مناسبی برای فیلتر گران قیمت Whatman باشد. همچنین، برای اندازه گیری غلظت ذرات معلق آب می توان از هر سه فیلتر استفاده کرد.نتیجه گیری: نظر به اینکه میزان بازداری کلروفیل - آ توسط سه فیلتر متفاوت بوده، بنابراین در مقایسه نتایج باید به این مورد دقت شود. همچنین پیشنهاد می شود که در مطالعات زیستی که به سوزاندن کربن و نیتروژن روی فیلتر نیاز است، از فیلتر Whatman استفاده شود.

سابقه و هدف: افزایش بی رویه جمعیت و به دنبال آن افزایش شهرنشینی منجر به افزایش تولید انواع پسماند در منطقه ها ی شهری گردیده است. اگرچه دفن آخرین گزینه در مدیریت پسماندهای جامد شهری می باشد؛ اما در کشورهای در حال توسعه ، دفن، یک روش معمول مدیریت پسماندهای جامد شهری می باشد. دفن پسماند در محل ها ی دفن ا ز طریق فرایندهای بی هوازی طبیعی سبب تولید بیوگاز و شیرابه می شود که نوع و میزان آ نها به حجم، رطوبت و جنس پسماند بستگی دارد. تولید شیرابه حاصل از پسماند در محل های دفن می تواند منجر به خطرها ی بهداشتی، خسارت به گیاهان، آلودگی آب های زیرزمینی و انتشار بوهای نامطبوع شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مکان یابی دقیق لندفیل در شهرستان نائین با استفاده از تلفیق پارامترهای اقتصاد ی - اجتماعی با پارامترهای محیط زیستی و نیز تخمین میزان گاز منتشرشده به منظور ارزیابی توان برای دست یابی انرژی انجام شد .مواد و روش ها : در این مطالعه به منظور وزن د هی معیارها از مدل AHP استفاده شد و برای درجه بندی اولویتها از مقیاس 9 کمیتی ال ساعتی استفاده گردید. در این پژوهش ابتدا با استفاده از پارامترهای محیط زیستی به مکان یابی محل دفن پسماند شهری در شهرستان نایین پرداخته شد؛ پس از ارزیابی توان منطقه برای کاربری های مدنظر که با استفاد ه از روش WLC به دست آمد با استفاده از روش TOPSIS بر مبنای پارامترهای اقتصاد ی - اجتماعی به اولویت بندی و انتخاب بهترین موقعیت مکانی پرداخته شد. در نهایت میزان گاز خروجی از لندفیل در دو حالت نبو د و دارای بازچرخانی شیرابه نیز به منظور بررسی توان لندفیل جهت بازیافت انرژی مدلسازی شد .نتایج و بحث: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می دهد که تمام منطقه های پیشنهادی برای ایجاد لندفیل ، شامل آن دسته از پیکسل هایی می باشند که مطلوبیت آ نها در نقشه های ترکیب خطی وزن دار از 8 / 0 بیشتر بوده است . در نقشه نهایی اولویت بندی گزینه ها، 9 گزینه شناسایی گردید که مناسب ترین موقعیت مکانی با بیشترین درصد مطلوبیت به عنوان بهترین مکان برای ایجاد لندفیل می باشد . موقعیت مکانی انتخاب شده دارای نزدیکترین فاصله ممکن به سه شهر پر جمعیت این شهرستان است . این موقعیت مکانی در فاصل ه 24 کیلومتری نایین قرار دارد. همچنین ظرفیت این موقعیت مکانی چندین برابر نیاز شهرستان نایین برای 60 سال آیند ه است که در حدود 85 هکتار می باشد و در صورت نیاز به زمین ها ی اضافه تر، از سمت شمال غربی قابل تعریض است . برای سایر شهرها و روستاهای دارای جمعیت به نسبت زیاد که با لندفیل انتخابی فاصله کمابیش زیادی دارند نیز می توان محل های جمع آوری پسماند موقت تعیین نمود تا در نهایت پسماندها به محل لندفیل اصلی انتقال داده شوند . همچنین محل دفن در فاصله 2 کیلومتری جاده اصلی قرار گرفته است. نتایج به دست آمد ه نشان می دهد که میزان کل گاز تولیدی تخمین زده شد ه در هر ترانشه در حالت دارای بازچرخانی شیرابه برابر با 3 / 4204 تن و در حالت بدون بازچرخانی شیرابه برابر با 9 / 4448 تن است که نشان می دهد که در صورت بازچرخش شیرابه، میزان کل گاز منتشرشد ه از لندفیل چیزی حدود 6 درصد بیشتر از حالت بدون بازچرخانی است. اما با توجه به میزان پسماند تولیدی سالیانه نایین و نرخ رشد جمعیت بهتر است که تا حد امکان به سمت بیشترین میزان بازیافت و کمپوست و کمترین میزان دفن در زمین گام برداشته شود .نتیجه گیری: در این مطالعه نتایج حاصل از تلفیق هر دو نوع معیار )محیط زیستی و اقتصاد ی - اجتماعی ( منجر به تعیین مطلوب ترین موقعیت مکانی شده که افزون بر رعایت ضوابط محیط زیستی ازلحاظ اقتصادی نیز کمترین هزینه را به دنبال داشته باشد. همچنین با توجه به میزان جمعیت کنونی، نرخ رشد جمعیت شهرستان نایین و میزان تولید سالانه پسماند می توان گفت که بازیافت مواد و تولید کمپوست نسبت به بازیافت انرژی و تولید بیوگاز صرفه اقتصادی بالاتری دارد .

بررسی اثربخشی آموزش با هدف توسعه ارتباطات مشارکتی در حفاظت: مطالعه سیستم تأمین آب قنات در خضرآباد یزد
سابقه و هدف: مدیریت مشارکتی کارآمد در منابع طبیعی و محیط زیست در گرو ارتقای سطح دانش، مهارت، بینش کنشگران و توسعه رفتار مشارکتی آنها است. برهمین اساس، سازمان های مرتبط با این امر برای برگزاری دوره های آموزشی - ترویجی، اقدامات ظرفیت سازی و توانمندسازی را با صرف هزینه و انرژی زیاد انجام می دهند که نتیجه این اقدام ها در عمل باید توسعه شبکه ارتباطات میان فردی، تعاملات دوسویه و پویایی شبکه کنشگران روستایی برای حل مسئله های محیط زیستی بر مبنای تفکر جمعی و افزایش اعتماد باشد. با وجود این، میزان تأثیر این اقدام ها در ارتباطات مشارکتی جامعه هدف کمتر ارزیابی می شود که این ارزیابی نقش مهمی در شناخت میزان موفقیت این دوره ها و اصلاح و تکامل آن خواهد داشت. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر آموزش و پروژه های توانمندسازی صاحبان منافع قنات بر ارتباطات مشارکتی آنها در حفاظت از این منبع ارزشمند در محدوده خشک و کویری استان یزد در منطقه خضرآباد به روش تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی است.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه به منظور شناخت تأثیر آموزش به صورت کمی بر ارتباطات مشارکتی کنشگران در دو مرحله ) مقایسه قبل و بعد از مجموعه اقدام های توانمندسازی( شامل شبکه کامل بهره برداران قنات را مورد سرشماری قرار داده است. شبکه اجتماعی تحقیق در قالب دو پیوند اعتماد و مشارکت با اندازه گیری سنجه های سطح کلان و تحلیل اطلاعات در محیط نرم افزار Ucinet انجام گرفته است.نتایج و بحث: نتایج نشان داد تمامی سنجه های شبکه پس از اجرای طرح بیان شده بهبود یافته است. تغییر مقدار سنجه ها نشان می دهد که افزایش تعداد ارتباط مشارکتی و تعاملی صاحبان منافع همراه با سرعت بیشتر و زمان کمتر رخداده است. نتیجه این تحقیق بیانگر خروج انحصار و تمرکز شبکه از چند کنشگر و گردش سریعتر اطلاعات و ارتباطات و در نتیجه افزایش تعادل شبکه کنشگران است که مجموعه این موارد موجب افزایش روابط متقابل اعتماد و در نتیجه افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی در حفاظت از منبع آب قنات گردیده و در نتیجه ساماندهی بهتر حفاظت مشارکتی را در بر خواهد داشت.نتیجه گیری: وضعیت سنجه های مورد مطالعه )سطح کلان شبکه( پس از اجرای طرح توانمندسازی و ظرفیت سازی جوامع محلی بهبود یافته است و تأثیر این فعالیت ها و اقدام ها اگر مدون و هدفمند باشد می تواند تأثیر چشمگیری بر رشد سرمایه اجتماعی و توسعه ارتباطات حفاظت مشارکتی در بخش منابع طبیعی و محیط زیست بویژه منابع آب داشته باشد و ضریب موفقیت فعالیت همکاری به میزان قابل توجهی افزایش دهد .

مقایسه اثرهای محیطزیستی در چرخه حیات سناریوهای دفع مواد زاید جامد شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان بابل)
سابقه و هدف: امروزه تولید انواع مواد زاید جامد شهری و بروز انواع ناسازگاری های محیط زیستی مربوط به آنها، مدیریت پسماندهای شهری را با مشکل های زیادی در زمینه دفع آنها مواجه ساخته است. دفع پسماندها شامل آلاینده های مختلف که هر روز بر میزان و تنوع آنها افزوده می شود، افزون بر نیاز به مدیریت واحد و اصولی، می بایست به روشی انجام شود که کمترین خسارتها را بر محیط زیست وارد سازد. ارزیابی چرخه حیات یک ابزار ارزشمند به منظور برنامه ریزی مدیریت جامع پسماند از منظر محیط زیستی است که جنبه ها و پیامدهای نهفته محیطزیستی را از مرحله جمع آوری تا دفن پسماند در بر می گیرد. بنابراین کاربرد این روش، می تواند نقش بسزایی در کاهش و حل مشکلات مدیریت پسماند ایفا کند. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، ارزیابی چرخه حیات سناریوهای مختلف سامانه پردازش و دفن مواد زاید جامد در شهرستان بابل، به منظور انتخاب سازگارترین گزینه با محیط زیست می باشد.مواد و روش ها: ابتدا ویژگی های کمی و کیفی مواد زاید جامد تولیدی و روش دفع کنونی آنها در شهرستان بابل، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سپس، از نتایج حاصل برای ارزیابی چرخه حیات شش سناریوی مختلف مدیریت پسماند شامل ترکیب چهار روش دفع به صورت کمپوست، بازیافت، زباله سوزی بهمراه استحصال انرژی و دفن، استفاده شد. سیاهه نویسی چرخه حیات با کمک مدل IWM-2 صورت گرفت. در نهایت، نتایج به دست آمده از سیاهه نویسی به دو طبقه اثر شامل مصرف انرژی و انتشار گازهای گلخانه ای اختصاص یافت.نتایج و بحث: یافته ها نشان داد روزانه حدود 250 تن مواد زاید جامد شهری از سطح شهرستان بابل جمع آوری می شود. زایدات تولیدیتوسط ماشین های حمل پسماند به ایستگاه انتقال برده شده و از آنجا با تریلرهای مخصوص به مرکز دفن پسماند شهرداری بابل، منتقل می شوند. درصد بالایی از ترکیب مواد زاید جامد شهری بابل را پسماندهای غذایی تشکیل می دهند ( ۶5.3 درصد). نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی اثرهای محیط زیستی مشخص کرد که با افزایش سهم کمپوست و بازیافت در سناریوی چهارم به میزان ۶0 و 20 درصد، در مقایسه با سناریوی پایه شامل 4۶ درصد کمپوست و 10 درصد بازیافت، از مقدار پسماندهای ورودی به محل دفن کاسته شده و بنابراین میزان انرژی مصرفی جهت دفن پسماندها نیز کاهش می یابد. اگرچه پردازش دوباره مواد بازیافتی انرژی بیشتری مصرف می کند، اما افزایش مقدار نسبت جانشینی مواد خام سبب جبران بیشتر انرژی شده و انرژی مصرفی خالص را کاهش می دهد. همچنین در این سناریو، با توجه به افزایش مقدار مواد جهت بازیافت و باز استفاده و همچنین جلوگیری از انتشارات ناشی از تولید مواد اولیه، میزان انتشار گازهای گلخانه ای ( CH4 ،CO2 و NOx ) نیز به طور قابل توجهی کاهش پیدا می کند.نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج حاصل، مؤثرترین روش در کاهش بار محیط زیستی، تهیه کمپوست از بخش آلی زایدات می باشد. به طوریکه با اجرای سناریوی چهارم (کمپوست ۶0 درصد + بازیافت 20 درصد + دفن 20 درصد) انتشار گازهای گلخانه ای و انرژی مصرفی به ترتیب به میزان 54 و 19 درصد، نسبت به سناریوی پایه، کاهش پیدا خواهد کرد. با توجه به اینکه درصد بالایی از ترکیب مواد زاید جامد شهری بابل را پسماندهای فسادپذیر تشکیل می دهند، افزایش نرخ کمپوست می تواند گزینه مناسبی به منظور مدیریت بهینه زایدات در این شهرستان باشد و نقش مهمی در کاهش بار آلایندگی گازهای گلخانه ای و نیز مصرف انرژی، ایفا کند.

پایش بلندمدت غلظت آلاینده کربن سیاه (BC) در ایران با استفاده از دادههای مدل مبنای NASA/MERRA-2
سابقه و هدف: جو یا اتمسفر سامانه گازی طبیعی پویا و پیچیدهای است که آلودگی آن بیش از هر آلودگی دیگری جان انسانها را میگیرد. آلودگی هوا زمانی اتفاق میافتد که حجم زیادی از ذرات یا مواد مضر معلق وارد اتمسفر شود. ذرات معلق با قطر کمتر از 5/2 میکرون (PM 2.5) از جمله مهمترین آلایندههای هوا محسوب میشوند. ذرات کربن سیاه (BC)1 یکی از اجزاء بسیار مهم و خطرناک ذرات معلق با قطر کمتر از µm5/2 بهشمار میرود. بر همین اساس، این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل رفتار و پراکنش زمانی ـ مکانی آلاینده کربن سیاه (BC) در گستره جغرافیایی ایران با استفاده از دادههای مدل مبنایMERRA-2 2 طی دورهی آماری 40 ساله (2019 - 1980) انجام گردید.مواد و روشها: در این تحقیق در ابتدا دادههای کربن سیاه با فرمت NetCDF با گامهای زمانی ماهانه و مکانی 0.5° x 0.625° از وبگاه Earth data استخراج گردید. پس از استخراج دادهها، عملیات کنترل کیفی، پیشپردازش و پردازش روی آنها اِعمال شد. سپس محاسبات روی دو ماتریس ماهانه و فصلی (روی 740 پیکسل یا نقاط شبکهبندی شده) با استفاده از امکاناتی که نرمافزارهای کاربردیArcGIS , Grads و Origin pro در اختیار کاربر قرار میدهد، انجام شد. در گام آخر برای ساخت لایههای رستری، وکتوری، نمودارها و جدولهای اطلاعاتی اقدام و خروجیهای مورد نظر تهیه گردید.نتایج و بحث: استفاده از دادههای مدل مبنای MERRA-2 نتایج بسیار خوبی از توزیع زمانی ـ مکانی پراکنش آلاینده کربن سیاه در گستره ایران ارائه داده است. نتایج بررسی نشان داد که تفاوتهای ماهانه و فصلی بسیار چشمگیر بوده است، بهطوریکه به لحاظ ماهانه، بیشترین میزان کربن سیاه در ماه دسامبر و کمترین میزان آن در ماه ژوئن برآورد شده است. در میان فصل ها نیز، بیشترین و کمترین میزان کربن سیاه مربوط به فصلهای زمستان و تابستان است. به لحاظ مکانی نیز، بیشترین پراکنش کربن سیاه در نیمه غربی ایران و بویژه روی کلانشهرهای تهران و اهواز مشاهده شد. واکاوی روند سری زمانی غلظت کربن سیاه در جو ایران نشانداد که غلظت این آلاینده در طول دوره آماری افزایشی و این افزایش بویژه از سال 2000م به بعد اتفاق افتاد. همچنین در بررسی پارامترهای هواشناسی مؤثر بر غلظت کربن سیاه، نتایج حاصله بهخوبی بیانگر همبستگی مثبت معنیدار میان غلظت کربن سیاه با فشار هوا و منفی معنیدار با سرعت باد است.نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاصله به خوبی درک روشنی از غلظت کربن سیاه (BC) را در جو ایران نشان داد. این نتایج که از واکاوی آماری و اِعمال الگوریتمهای بهینه روی اطلاعات مکاندار (GIS) آلاینده کربن سیاه در گسترهی جغرافیایی کشور ایران حاصل گردید؛ بیانگر تفاوت آشکار در توزیع زمانی و مکانی غلظت کربن سیاه در طول دوره آماری 40 ساله (2019 – 1980) بوده است. افزون بر نتایج بالا، آلاینده کربن سیاه از برخی پارامترهای هواشناسی از قبیل فشار هوا و سرعت باد متأثر است. به طور کلی صرفنظر از ساز و کارهای تکوین، ماهیت و انتشار این آلاینده در نواحی مختلف ایران، رفتار غلظت این آلاینده در بستر زمان، بیانگر هشداردهنده بودن خطر آن در بخشهای وسیعی از کشور ایران میباشد. بنابراین اتخاذ راهکارهای مدیریتی و اجرایی لازم در راستای کاهش این آلاینده، بویژه در کلان شهرهای همراه با غلظت بالای کربن سیاه امری ضروری به نظر میرسد.

تحلیل روند تحولات منظر بوم شناختی شهر «قم» مبتنی بر مدل آلبرتی
سابقه و هدف: منظر بازتابی از ساختار، کارکرد و تعامل میان آ نها در قالب یک مفهوم جامع است. اگرچه سنجه های اکولوژی منظر قابلیت خوانش ساختار و کارکرد منظر را دارند، اما به چارچوبی نیاز است که بتوان براساس آن، کلیت و روند تحولات منظر به عنوان یک مفهوم جامع را درک کرد. این موضوع در منظر شهری اهمیت ویژه ای می یابد. بویژه زمانی که توسعه شهری برآیند بارگذاری فضایی ناشی از فرایندهای اجتماعی و اقتصادی است که در آن بنیان های محیطی کمتر در نظر گرفته می شود. این وضعیت منجر به ایجاد اختلال در ساختارهای طبیعی و زیستی شده و در نهایت به گسستگی اکولوژی منظر می انجامد. در نتیجه تغییرات ساختاری بر کارکرد زیست بوم شهرها اثر گذاشته و آ نها را بیش از پیش ناپایدار می سازد. براین اساس به نظر می رسد گام نخستین در اصلاح وضعیت کنونی، تبیین الگوی مناسبی از تغییرات منظر و فراهم ساختن درک صحیحی از تأثیرا ت الگوهای توسعه شهری بر اکوسیستم باشد.مواد و رو ش ها : بر این اساس این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی تحولات کلیت منظر شهر قم در یک دوره 30 ساله تلاش نموده تا با بهره گیری از سنجه های منظر به محاسبه تغییرات ساختاری و کارکردی آن بپردازد. از این رو با استفاده از تصویرهای ماهواره ای در بازه های زمانی ده ساله از پایگاه داده زمین شناسی آمریکا ) 1USGS ( لایه های طبیعی و مصنوع تشکیل دهنده منظر شهر استخراج گردید. تصویر سال 1989 از ماهواره لندست 5 سنجنده TM ، سال 1999 و 2009 ماهواره لندست 7 سنجنده ETM و سال 2019 ماهواره لندست 8 سنجنده ) OLI ) تهیه شد. سپس در محیط نرم افزار ENVI ساختارهای طبیعی و مصنوع در چهار رده پوشش گیاهی، ساختمان، شریان های ارتباطی و زمین های بایر تعیین و به روش طبقه بندی نظارت شد ه 2 و بیشترین شباهت 3 )کلاس بندی شده است. پس از آن ده سن جه متناسب با هدف انتخاب و برای کمی سازی تغییرات در این چهار رده به وسیله نرم افزار Fragstats محاسبات لازم صورت پذیرفته است. در ادامه این تحولات با استفاده از مدل آلبرتی مورد تحلیل و ارزیابی قرار گرفت.نتایج و بحث: نتایج حاصل از کاربرد متریک های منظر در بررسی اکولوژی شهر قم نشان از تغییرات نامطلوب و شتابان در اکوسیستم این شهر به صورت ساختاری و کارکردی طی دوره سی ساله دارد. منظر انسان ساخت به زیان ساختارهای طبیعی در حال توسعه است. لکه های طبیعی در حال از دست رفتن و در عوض لکه های معرفی شده به نسبت رو به فزونی هستند که البته نتوانسته بر روند کلی تغییر منظر اثر چندانی داشته باشد. بررسی سنجه های LPI ، AREA-MN ، SHAPE-AM و SHAPE-MN اطلاعاتی را از تغییرات فرم بصری منظر در اختیار می نهد. افزایش لکه های مصنوع به همراه کاهش بزرگترین لکه بیابانی به یک سوم، حکایت از بروز گسستگی بسیار در منظر بیابانی شهر قم دارد. در این میان فرم شهر به سمت الگوی هندسی ساده درحال تغییر بوده که به معنای از دست دادن اکوسیستم های طبیعی است. وضعیت سنجه ها نیز طی سال های متفاوت بر ساده شدن ساختار منظر تأکید می کند که اثرهای زیادی بر محیط شهری از جمله تغییر میکرو اقلیم و پیامدهای حاصل از آن در اکوسیستم شکننده بیابانی محدوده دارد.نتیجه گیری: بنابراین لزوم بازنگری در الگوی توسعه شهر قم با توجه به رویکردهای طبیعت گرا در کنار پاسخگویی به نیازهای انسانی احساس می شود. برنامه ریزی اکولوژیک توأم با پیشنهادهای راه بردی برای بکارگیری طرح های طبیعت محور در این عرصه به منظور بهبود و ارتقاء کیفیت منظر اکولوژی شهر قم ضرورتی اجتناب ناپذیر است .

بررسی کمی و کیفی زهاب اسیدی معدن های (AMD) در دامپ باطله معدن مس سونگون با تاکید بر تصفیه پذیری آن
سابقه و هدف: اکسیداسیون زون های کانی سازی شده سولفیددار طی فرآیند هوازدگی در اثر واکنش های بیولوژیکی و شیمیایی تشدید شده و زهاب اسید ی ) AMD ) 1 حاصله سبب آزادسازی و تحرک عناصر فلزی سمی و سنگین از سنگ مادر و تمرکز آن ها در محیط خاک یا آب می شو د . زهاب اسیدی تولید شده در دامپ باطله معدنی مس سونگون وارد جریان های سطحی موجود در منطقه می گردد که می تواند آسیب های محیط زیستی به دنبال داشته باشد . هدف این مقاله ، بررسی ویژگی های کمی و کیفی زهاب اسیدی تولید شده در معدن مس سونگون و بررسی انواع سیستم های تصفیه و پیشنهاد سیستم بهینه می باشد .مواد و رو ش ها: نمونه برداری از زهاب اسیدی از پاشنه باطله های معدن مس سونگون دره پخیر در 7 نوبت جمع آوری و برای آنالیز به آزمایشگاه شرکت عمران زیست آزما منتقل شد. در زمان نمونه برداری برای پارامترهای اسیدیته، سولفات و )TDS(2، از بطری جنس پلی پروپیلن به ظرفیت 200 سی سی استفاده شد و برای نمونه برداری از فلزها ی سنگین )مس، آهن و منگنز( بطری از جنس ) HDPE ) 3 به ظرفیت 250 سی سی و سپس به منظور پایدار سازی از اسید نیتریک غلیظ استفاده گردید. دبی جریان با استفاده از مولینه و به روش سنجش جریان (جریان سنج و سطح مقطع جریان) انجا م شده است . پارامترهای دما و pH با استفاده از دستگاه مولتی متر مارک LOVIGAE مدل LOVIBOND150 با دقت 14 - 0 در محل اندازه گیری شده است. میزان اسیدیته با روش تیتراسیون، پارامتر TDS با دستگاه مولتی متر مارک LOVIGAE مدل LOVIBOND150 با دقت 14 - 0، پارامتر سولفات به روش اسپکتوفتومتری با دستگاه HACH مدل DR2800 و با دقت 70 - 2 مورد اندازه گیری قرار گرفت. فلزهای سنگین (مس، آهن و منگنز) به وسیله دستگاه جذب اتمی مارک VARIAN مدل 400 به روش شعله اندازه گیری شد که میزان دقت برای پارامتر مس، آهن و منگنز به ترتیب 5 - 005 / 0 ، 10 - 02 / 0 و 2 - 01 / 0 می باشد .نتایج و بحث : نتایج به دست آمده از نمونه برداری ها نشان دهنده درجه آلودگی بالایی از پارامترهای pH ، سولفات، مس و منگنز در بیشتر نمونه ها می باشد. مقادیر بالای این عناصر می تواند سبب بالا رفتن خطر آلودگی جدی در جریان های سطحی باشد که زهاب اسیدی به آن تخلیه می گردد. بنابراین کنترل و تصفیه زهاب اسیدی معدن مس سونگون قبل از تخلیه به محیط ضروری است .نتیجه گیری: به منظور تصفیه زهاب اسیدی دو سیستم تصفیه فعال و غیر فعال وجود دارد . انواع مختلفی از سیستم های تصفیه فعال و غیرفعال به تنهایی یا با ترکیب با یکدیگر راهکارهای مناسبی برای حذف فلزها ی سنگین از زهاب اسیدی معدن ها می باشد. انتخاب این سیستم بستگی به ترکیب شیمیایی زهاب ا سیدی ، نوع ماده معدنی و شرایط توپوگرا فی و آب و هوا ، pH ، ا سیدیته ، بار اسیدی ، دبی و فعال بودن معدن دارد. با توجه به فعال بودن معدن، اسیدیته 1600 میلی گرم در لیتر، بارگذاری اسید 68 / 4423 کیلوگرم بر رو ز ، pH =3.94 و دبی 32 لیتر بر ثانیه سیستم تصفیه فعال به روش DAOS پیشنهاد شده که روش پیشنهادی شامل مرحله های خنثی سازی با مواد شیمیایی، اکسیداسیون با روش های مختلف و در نهایت رسوب دهی می باشد.

برآورد تلفات تبخیری بنزین جایگاه های سوخت رسانی شهر تهران در فصل های مختلف سال
سابقه و هدف: ترکیب های آلی فرار از جمله بخارهای بنزین در محیط زیست، اثرهای نامطلوبی در بر دارند. در کلانشهر تهران بنزینبه عنوان یک آلاینده سمی و خطرناک مطرح است که یکی از مهمترین منابع انتشار بخارهای بنزین در محیط زیست، مخازن ذخیرهفراورد ه های نفتی، فرایندهای عملیاتی، تعداد دفعه های تخلیه و بارگیری مخزن های ذخیره و فعالیت های فروش بنزین در پمپ بنزین ها می باشد .مواد و رو ش ها: برای محاسبه انتشار بخارهای بنزین حاصل از مخزن های ذخیره سازی فراورده های نفتی در مجاری عرضه سوخت بنزین انواع نرم افزارها از جمله EPA Tanks 4.09 / E&P Tanks / Tanks ESP / ERA Tanks Module بررسی گردیده که در این تحقیقاز نرم افزار Tank 4.09D استفاده شده است. داد ه های زیر از جمله ویژگی های فیزیکی مخزن )ابعاد( / تعداد دفعات بارگیری مخازن/مشخصات مکانی مخازن )پارامترهای آب و هوایی(/ مشخصات فراورده نفتی ذخیره سازی شده در مخزن و ... جهت 22 منطقه شهر تهران وارد نرم افزار گردید.نتایج و بحث: با توجه به خروجی و گزارش گیری نرم افزار انتشار بخارهای بنزین از 412 مخزن تعبیه شده در 148 پمپ بنزین مستقردر 22 منطقه شهر تهران، حدود 7702356 لیتر به صورت سالیانه می باشد. که حدود 78 / 56 درصد آن در 6 ماهه گرم سال و حدود 21 / 43 درصد آن در 6 ماهه سرد سال و در فصل های بهار، تابستان، پاییز و زمستان به ترتیب حدود 06 / 27 درصد ، 56 / 29 درصد ، 63 / 22 درصد و 73 / 20 درصد در محیط منتشر م یگردد. انتشارات در 6 ماه از سال بیشتر بوده که بیشترین انتشارات بخارها از اواسط اردیبهشت تا اواسط آبان ماه می باشد. با مقایسه درصد انتشار بخارها با درصد تعداد دفعات بارگیری، درصد ظرفیت عملیاتی و تعداد مخازن و درصد پمپ بنزین ها در سطح شهر تهران می توان نتیجه گرفت عامل های مؤثر در افزایش انتشار بخارهای بنزین، بالا بودن تعداد دفعات بارگیری و بالا بودن حداکثر ظرفیت عملیاتی و تعداد مخزن ها و پایین بودن تعداد پمپ بنزین ها است. بیشترین انتشار به ترتیب مربوط به منطقه ها ی 4 ، 2 و 15 است که بنابر بررسی های صورت پذیرفته و دسته بندی براساس بیشترین فروش بنزین و تعداد دفعات بارگیری و حداکثر ظرفیت عملیاتی و تعداد مخزن ها، این سه منطقه در این موارد بالاترین آمار را دارند .نتیجه گیری : با در نظر گرفتن میزان فروش بنزین حدو د 4219217500 لیتر و میزان هدررفت و انتشارات بخا های بنزین به میزان 7702356 لیتر در سال می توان نتیجه گرفت میزان فراورده بنزین مصرفی در سال 1397 در شهر تهران حدود 4226919856 لیتر بوده است.

سابقه و هدف: توسعه پا یدار، توسعه منابع، محیط زیست و اقتصاد را در بر می گیرد ولی در قرن حاضر تخریب گسترده محیط زیست و کاهش سریع منابع طبیعی بر رشد اقتصادی، رفاه اجتماعی و بهبود سلامت انسان تأ ثیر گذاشته است. جهت بررسی اثر این منابع بر توسعه پایدار در مطالعات مختلف، تو لید ناخالص داخلی را به عنوان خروجی بهره وری کل عامل های تولید سنتی درنظر گرفته اند اما توسعه پایدار نه تنها به رشد تولید ناخالص داخلی بلکه به بهبود رفاه انسانی نیز وابسته است. از این رو سنجه توسعه انسانی از نظر مفهومی و معنایی منعکس کننده سنجه کاملی برای توسعه پایدا ر است و مزیت های بیشتری در مقایسه با تولید ناخالص داخلی دارد. سنجه ردپای اکولوژیکی نیز میزان فشار بر محیط زیست را اندازه گیری می کند که به عنوان عامل اثرگذار بر توسعه پایدار نقش دارد. این مقاله در تلاش است تا محدودیت های تولید ناخالص داخلی به عنوان خروجی و انرژی به عنوان ورودی توسعه پایدار را رفع نماید. از این رو، با درنظر گرفتن ردپای اکولوژیکی به عنوان سنجه ارزیابی محیط زیست و سنجه توسعه انسانی به عنوان سنجه خروجی در بهره وری کل عامل های تولید، سنجه جدید برای بازتاب توسعه پایدار با نام بهره وری کل عامل های تولید پایدار ارائه گردید .موا د و روش ها : در این مقاله، سنجه های ردپای اکولوژیکی و توسعه انسانی با بهره وری کل عامل های تولید ترکیب و در چارچوب جدید بهره وری کل عامل های تولید پایدار مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. از روش مالم کوئیست برای محاسبه تغییرات بهره وری کل عامل های تولید پایدار در کشورهای منطقه منا طی سال های 1995 - 2016 استفاده شد و جهت بررسی روند همگرایی از آزمون همگرایی سیگما استفاده شد. سنجه مالم کوئست پایدار، به تغییر کارایی و فنی پایدار تجزیه شد. اگر بازده متغیر نسبت به مقیاس فرض شود، کارایی فنی پایدار نیز به تغییر کارایی خالص و تغییر مقیاس پایدار تفکیک شد .نتایج و بحث: به طور کلی، متوسط بهره وری کل عامل های تولید سالانه در کشورهای منطقه منا 98 / 0 است که ناشی از ردپای اکولوژیکی، نیروی کار و سرمایه به عنوان فاکتورهای ورودی و سنجه توسعه انسانی به عنوان خروجی است. به غیر از بحین و ترکیه، همه کشورها تأکید بسیار کمتری بر توسعه پایدار دارند. بحرین با داشتن بالاترین میانگین مالم کوئیست پایدار در رتبه اول و ترکیه در رده دوم قرار دارد. دلیل این امر را به افزایش 75 درصدی سرما یه در کشور بحرین می توان نسبت داد. با تجزیه میانگین مالم کوئیست پایدار به میانگین مقدار کارایی فنی پایدار نشان داد که تغییر فناوری پایدار رشد نداشته است. کارایی فنی خالص و مقیاس نشان داد که کارایی فنی خالص پا یدار بهبود داشته ولی کارایی مقیاس بهبود نیافته باشد. کشورهای گروه با سنجه توسعه انسانی بسیار بالا و متوسط، کارایی فنی پایدار بالاتر از کشورهای گروه با سنجه توسعه انسانی بالا و پایین را دارند، که نشان می دهد کشورهای توسعه یافته تر از نظر کارایی فنی پایدار وضعیت بهتری دارند.کشورهای گروه با سنجه توسعه انسانی بسیار بالا، دارای مقدار کارایی فنی خالص متوسط 1 هستند و کشورهای در حال توسعه شکاف توسعه پایدار بیشتری دارند. همگرایی سیگما کشورهای گروه با سنجه توسعه انسانی بالا شامل ایران، کمترین و حداقل نوسان را نشان می دهد که بیانگر شکاف متعادل در توسعه پایدار بین کشورهای کم و به نسبت توسعه یافته می باشد. اما در گروه کشورهای با سنجه توسعه انسانی بسیار بالا و متوسط همگرایی سیگما به طور گسترده ای در نوسان است که بیانگر عدم پایداری توسعه در این گروه کشورها می باشد .نتیجه گیری: انواع مختلف کشورها با ید مسیرهای مختلفی را بر ای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار مثبت انتخاب کنند. بهره وری کل عامل های تولید پایدار کشورهای منا با توجه به سطح های مختلف اقتصادی و سطح حفاظت از محیط زیست متفاوت است، بنابراین تدوین سیاست های متمایز جهت توسعه پایدار یک ضرورت است. برای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار باید کارایی فنی را ارتقاء داد. ترویج فناوری پایدار نقشی اساسی در توسعه پا یدار دارد. سیاست گذاران باید به تحقیق و توسعه فناوری های پایدار و افزایش آگاهی کارآفرینان درباره حفاظت از محیط زیست بپردازند.

بررسی ترجیح ها و میزان مشارکت جامعه دانشگاهی در کشاورزی شهری مورد مطالعه: منظر خوراکی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان
سابقه و هدف: پردیس خوراکی، نوعی فضای سبز دانشگاهی است که علاوه بر داشتن گیاهان خوراکی و دارویی، موجب تسهیل مشارکت جامعۀ دانشگاهی در فعالیتهای کشاورزی و تولیدی منظر می شود. مزایای پردیس خوراکی شامل تولید مواد غذایی، کاهش هزینههای نگهداشت منظر، ارتقای حس تعلق به مکان و بهبود سلامت روانی دانشجویان است. در بسیاری از دانشگاهها و موسسات آموزشی مختلف در دنیا، منظر خوراکی دانشگاهی در حال رونق گرفتن بوده و لذا این این مطالعه با هدف سنجش میزان مشارکت و حمایت جامعۀ دانشگاهی از منظر خوراکی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان به انجام رسید.مواد و روشها: در این تحقیق پیمایشی، نمونهای به حجم 530 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی، کارکنان و دانشجویان دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان با استفاده از نمونهگیری طبقاتی انتخاب شد. با استفاده از مطالعۀ منابع موجود، مخزن اولیۀ گویههای پرسشنامه، طراحی و جهت تعیین روایی گویه ها، از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی به روش تحلیل مولفۀ اصلی با چرخش متعامد واریماکس و برای تعیین پایایی ابزار، از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (89/0) استفاده شد. گویههای پرسشنامه بر روی 2 عامل ساختار فیزیکی منظر و میزان مشارکت جامعۀ دانشگاهی در منظر بار شدند. تحلیلهای آمار استنباطی این پژوهش توسط نرمافزار SPSS v.23 انجام شد. برای سوالات و اهداف تحقیق در بخش آمار توصیفی، از نمودارها و جداول آماری و به منظور بررسی نرمال بودن توزیع دادهها، از نمودارهای احتمال نرمال استفاده شد. به علاوه از آزمون های غیرپارامتری برای آزمون فرضیههای تحقیق در سطح معناداری 05/0 استفاده شد.نتایج و بحث: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد، «سلامتی روحی» و «تغذیه از مواد تولیدشده در منظر خوراکی» مهمترین عوامل انگیزهبخش برای مشارکت جامعۀ دانشگاهی در پردیس خوراکی است. همچنین مشخص گردید تفاوت معناداری در انگیزه های داوطلبانه در میان بخشهای جمعیتشناختی پاسخدهنده وجود داشت. از بین سه گروه دانشجویان، اعضای هیئت علمی و کارکنان؛ دانشجویان، بانوان و گروه سنی 30-20 سال بیشترین انگیزه مشارکت را دارند. در مورد ساختار فضایی و عناصر منظر، ایجاد فضای کشاورزی و باغ میوه دارای آبنما و جوی آب مطلوب است. لذا پرطرفدارترین ترکیب فضا و عناصر منظر (زمین کشاورزی و باغ میوه، آبنما و جوی آب، فضای غذا خوردن و توتستان) که هم واجد ابعاد عملکردی (تغذیه و فعالیت کشاورزی) و هم واجد ابعاد تفرجی و احساسی (آبنما و فضای غذاخوردن) است، میباید در طراحی منظر کشاورزی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان در اولویت قرار گیرد. انتخاب بهترین ترکیب کاشت درختان میوه، از دیدگاه جامعۀ آماری متشکل از توت سفید، شاهتوت، زردآلو، انگور یاقوتی و انجیر است. بهترین ترکیب کاشت سبزیجات و صیفی جات؛ سیب زمینی، ریحان، گوجه فرنگی و خیار و بهترین ترکیب کاشت گیاهان دارویی؛ گل گاوزبان، رزرماری، آلوئه ورا، به لیمو و آویشن است.نتیجهگیری: این تحقیق ثابت کرد که با وجودی که بیشتر پاسخدهندگان به مشارکت در پردیس خوراکی ابراز علاقه کردند، ظرفیت داوطلبانۀ جامعۀ دانشگاهی سیستان و بلوچستان برای احداث و نگهداشت پردیس خوراکی کافی نخواهد بود. لذا علاوه بر مشارکت علاقمندان به کشاورزی شهری، به نیروی کار حرفهای نیز برای پروژه نیاز خواهد بود. همچنین استفاده از استراتژی های افزایش مشارکت کاربر و همچنین تشویق گروه های ویژه دانشجویان هدف، برای این دانشگاه بسیار مهم خواهد بود. به این ترتیب، نتایج به طور موثرتری می تواند برنامهریزان را در تجربۀ مشارکت و حمایت اجتماعی از پروژههای فضای سبز مبتنی بر کشاورزی شهری آگاه سازد.

ارزشیابی اقدام های آبخیزداری از نظر ترسیبکربن زی توده و دیدگاه آبخیزنشینان در خصوص بهبود وضعیت آبخیز (مطالعه موردی: زیرحوضه دهچناشک- حوضه آبخیز چهلچای)
سابقه و هدف: افزایش غلظت دی اکسیدکربن جو به عنوان اصلی ترین عامل تغییرات اقلیمی است که تخریب در زیست بوم های طبیعی و بروز مشکل های مختلف محیط زیستی مانند برهم خوردن تعاد ل چرخه آب، عناصر غذایی و کربن در طبیعت ر ا در پی داشته است. پوشش گیاهی سطح زمین نقش اساسی در تثبیت کربن دارد که به شدت تحت تأثیر اقدام های مدیریتی بشر قرار گرفته و در طول زمان به تدریج تخریب یافته و مشکل های زیادی را در رفتار حوضه های آبخیز به وجود آورده است. بنابراین در سراسر دنیا اصلاح و احیای حوضه های آبخیز از طریق اجرای اقدام های متنوع مکانیکی و بیولوژیکی مدنظر سیاست گذاران، مدیران وکارشناسان قرار گرفته است. از جمله این اقدام ها می توان به انجام پروژه های آبخیزداری متنوع (نهال کاری، علوفه کاری و تراس بندی)با مشارکت صاحبان منافع به منظور بهبود شرایط در زیرحوضه ده چناشک از حوضه آبخیز چهل چای استان گلستان که یکی از آبخیزهای بحرانی استان بشمار می رود، اشاره کرد. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر به منظور سنجش اثرهای پوشش زمین ها و اقدام های گوناگون مدیریتی بر میزان ذخیره کربن خاک و همچنین بررسی دیدگاه بهره برداران درباره بهبود وضعیت آبخیز به صورت مقایسه ای در دو زیرحوضه ده چناشک (تیمار ) و چمانی بالا (شاهد) صورت گرفت .مواد و رو ش ها: در پژوهش حاضر، اثر اقدام ها ی مدیریتی بر میزان ترسیب کربن در مکان های تحت اقدام های مدیریتی (تیمار) و انواع مختلف پوشش زمینها (جنگلی، زراعت و باغی) بررسی شده است. زمین های زراعی و باغی به عنوان شاهد و فعالیت های تراس بندی با کشت محصول های زراعی و باغی از نظر ترسیب کربن مقایسه شدند. همچنین اثر اقدام های مدیریتی بر بهبود پوشش گیاهی و کاهش فرسایش خاک از دیدگاه آبخیزنشینا ن و با استفاده از ر و ش پرسشنامه ارزیابی گردید . نمونه برداری به صورت تصادفی - سیستماتیک انجام شد . در امتداد هر ترانسکت به طو ر تصادفی سه پلات انداخته شد . در هر پلات، زیتود ه بالای سط ح زمین ، شامل اندام هوایی گیاهان زراعی و درختان محاسبه گردید .نتایج و بحث: نتایج نشان داد میانگین ترسیب کربن زیتوده (تن در هکتار) در دو زیرحوضه تیمار و شاهد به ترتیب در جنگل های متراکم( 10 / 5 و 91 / 4)، کم تراکم ( 98 / 4 و 80 / 4) و تخریب یافته ( 27 / 4 و 95 / 3) بیشتر از باغ های گردو ( 08 / 3 و 85 / 2) و سیب ( 21 / 2 و 00 / 2) و زمین های زراعی کشت شده با یونجه ( 55 / 1 و 50 / 1)، گندم ( 40 / 1 و 32 /1 ) عدس ( 38 / 1 و 30 / 1) و جو ( 26 / 1 و 19 /1 ) می باشد. در مورد اقدام های آبخیزداری اجرا شده در زیرحوضه تیمار، میانگین ترسیب کربن (تن در هکتار) در باغ های احداثی گردو ( 72 / 2) بیشتر از باغ های گلابی ( 88 / 1 ) و گیلاس ( 66 / 1) و زمین های تراس بندی شده با کشت یونجه ( 65 / 1)، گندم ( 50 /1) و عدس (40 /1) می باشد. همچنین مقایسه آماری با استفاده از آزمون T در بین جنگل های متراکم، کم تراکم و زمین های تخریب یافته و باغ های سیب و زمین های زراعی کشت شده با جو، از نظر ترسیب کربن اختلاف معنی داری را نشان نداد ( p=0.05 ). در مورد مقایسه باغ های احداثی گردو، گلابی و گیلاس و زمین های تراس بندی شده با عدس، یونجه و گندم در مقایسه با زمین های شاهد از نظر مقدار ترسیب کربن تفاوت معناداری به دست آمد ( p=0.05 ). از طرف دیگر، ارزیابی دیدگاه آبخیزنشینان در مورد اثر اقدام های مدیریتی اجرا شده بیانگر نقش بسزای آنها در بهبود شرایط منطقه از نظر پوشش گیاهی، تثبیت خاک و کاهش فرسایش است.نتیجه گیری: از بین اقدام های آبخیزداری انجام شده، توسعه باغ ها بویژه باغ های گردو در زمین های زراعی شیبدار به دلیل قابلیت بالاتر در جذب و نگهداشت کربن و جلوگیری از فرسایش خاک به عنوان یکی از گزینه های مدیریتی با اولویت بالا برای اجرا در منطقه پیشنهاد می گردد .

اندازه گیری میزان ماده آلوده کننده پلی کلرو بی فنیل ها (PCBs) در خاک منطقه طالقان و بررسی وجود عوامل بیولوژیک حذف کننده ی PCBs در این نمونه ها
سابقه و هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر، اندازه گیری غلظت پلی کلرو بی فنیل ها در خاک اطراف ترانس های برق در منطقه طالقان کرج، و شناسایی و استخراج باکتری های تجزیه کننده پلی کلرو بی فنیل ها جهت حذف بیولوژیکی در محیط زیست بود .مواد و رو ش ها: برای این منظور، نمونه گیری از خاک اطراف ترانس های برق تعداد 5 ایستگاه در نقا ط مختلفی که با استفاده از دستگا ه GPS تعیین شده بود ، انجام گرفت. نمونه برداری خاک از عمق 20 سانتی متری در شرایط استریل و در ظروف شیشه ای صورت گرفت. تعداد 5 نمونه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که از بین این 5 نمونه تنها 2 نمونه از نظر آلودگی با ترکیب ها ی PCBs مثبت بودند و کاوش میکروبی در این دو نمونه انجام شد. دو نمونه موردنظر که از لحاظ ترکیب ها ی PCBs مثبت گزارش شدند هم به صورت مستقیم و هم به صورت رقیق شده کشت داده شدند . جهت شناسایی و تعیین باکتری های تجزیه کننده ترکیب های پلی کلرو بی فنیل ها از محیط های کشت LB Broth ، محیط های بلاد آگار و مک کانکی استفاده گردید .نتایج و بحث: از نمونه های مورد بررسی در یکی از نمونه های مورد نظر میزان این ترکیب ها برابر 3 قسمت در میلیون بود و در نمونه دوم میزان ترکیب ها PCBs 0 / 02 قسمت در میلیون بود. در نمونه های T1 و T2 که به صورت مستقیم کشت داده شدند ، باسیل های گرم منفی رشد کرده و قابل مشاهده بودند. در نمونه T1 رقیق شده هیچ باکتری رشد نکرد از طرفی در نمونه T2 رقیق شده کوکسی رشد و قابل مشاهده بود. نمونه T2 رقیق شده که حاوی کوکوس بود بنفش شده و گرم مثبت می باشد. در واقع نمونه های T1 و T2 مستقیم حاوی باسیل رشته و در پاسخ به رنگ آمیزی گرم به رنگ قرمز صورتی درآمد (گرم منفی) .نتیجه گیری: استفاده از باکتری های بیان شد ه جهت حذف ترکیب ها ی PCBs یکی از راه های مفید کاهش آلودگی در این مکان ها، باکمترین اثر مخرب بر محیط زیست و در عین حال سودآورترین بخش های صنعت می باشد .
