بررسی رابطه ارزش های فردی و مصرف سبز در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید بهشتی
سابقه و هدف: رشد آلودگی های محیط زیست در چند دهه ی اخیر منجر به پیدایش نوع جدیدی از مصرف کننده به نام مصرف کننده سبز شده است. این افراد خود را در برابر محیط زیست مسئول می دانند و از محصول هایی استفاده می کنند که به محیط زیست کمتر آسیب بزند. با شناخته شدن این مصرف کنندگان شرکتها تلاش بیشتری برای سبزتر کردن فعالیت هایشان برای دستیابی به این بخش از بازار انجام می دهند. به همین جهت شناسایی فاکتورهایی که بر انتخاب محصول ها و خدمات سبز تاثیرگذار است اهمیت می یابد. از آنجا که ارزش های افراد به عنوان یک پدیده مهم اجتماعی در شکل گیری، کنترل و پیش بینی رفتار تاثیر گذار است، بنابراین می توانند بر رفتار مصرف سبز تاثیر بگذارد. درنتیجه هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه هر یک از ارزش های اخلاقی با رفتار مصرف سبز است. مواد و روشها: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که با استفاده از یافته های تحقیق های بنیادی درصدد شناسایی و حل مسئله های گوناگون بر می آید و از نظر مسیر نیز از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در دانشکده ها و مقاطع تحصیلی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی 17067 نفر است که در سال 1396 در این دانشگاه تحصیل می کردند. این بررسی با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد که حجم نمونه 375 نفر مشخص شد. تعداد 353 پرسشنامه قابل تحلیل وجود داشت. به منظور بررسی ارزش های دانشجویان از پرسشنامه ارزش های فردی شوارتز استفاده گردید که پایایی آزمون از طریق محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.89 به دست آمد. بمنظور سنجش مصرف سبز از مقیاس 5 سئوالی استفاده شد که اعتبار و پایایی آن قابل قبول بوده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ها از روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی توسط نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج و بحث: مقایسه آماره های توصیفی در بین افرادی که از خودروهای سبز استفاده میکنند نشان داد که 7/37 درصد افراد به دلیل حمل و نقل آسان در دانشگاه، 3/36 درصد افراد برای کمک به بهبود محیط زیست، 2/14 درصد افراد به دلیل قیمت مناسب و 8/10 درصد افراد برای تنوع در رفت و آمد از این خودروها استفاده می کنند. همچنین رابطه ترجیح استفاده از محصول سبز نسبت به سایر محصول ها با ارزش های اخلاقی شوارتز نشان داد که ضریب همبستگی بین ترجیح استفاده از محصول های سبز نسبت به سایر محصول ها و ارزش برانگیختگی برابر 114/0-r= است، که در سطح01/0معنادار است. به عبارت دیگر بین ترجیح استفاده از محصول سبز و ارزش برانگیختگی رابطه منفی معنادار وجود دارد. درحالی که بین ترجیح استفاده از محصول سبز و دیگر ارزشها رابطه معناداری وجود نداشت. همچنین بین استفاده از محصول سبز برای کمک به محیط زیست یا به عبارتی مصرف سبز و ارزش جهان گرایی رابطه معنادار وجود دارد (۰1/0p <،145/۰r=). بین استفاده از محصول سبز برای کمک به محیط زیست و دیگر ارزش ها رابطه معناداری وجود نداشت. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان دادکه هر یک از ارزشهای شوارتز در مصرف کنندگان سبز از اهمیت یکسانی برخوردار نیستند و تنها ارزش جهان گرایی رابطه مثبت و معناداری با استفاده از خودرو سبز برای کمک به بهبود محیط زیست یا به عبارتی مصرف سبز داشت. رابطه دیگر ارزش ها با مصرف سبز معنادار نبود. همچنین بین ترجیح استفاده از محصول سبز نسبت به دیگر محصول ها با ارزش برانگیختگی رابطه معنادار و منفی بود.

برآورد ردپای اکولوژیکی تولیدهای بخش کشاورزی در کشورهای اسلامی گروه D-8
سابقه و هدف: گرمایش زمین بطور فزایندهای تعادل اکولوژیکی را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. امروزه، فعالیت های انسانی و بویژه تولیدهای کشاورزی بدلیل انتشار گازهای گلخانه ای در اتمسفر زمین، عامل اصلی این پدیده محسوب می شوند. بر این اساس، در این مطالعه رابطه تولیدهای کشاورزی با محیط زیست برای کشورهای در حال توسعه اسلامی (گروه D-8) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور از سطح زمین زراعی و شاخص تولیدهای دامی بعنوان معیار تولیدهای کشاورزی و از ردپای اکولوژیکی بعنوان معیار محیط زیستی استفاده شد.مواد و روش ها: بمنظور بررسی رابطه تولیدهای کشاورزی و محیط زیست یک مدل پنل طراحی و همچنین برآورد این رابطه برای 8 کشور عضو این گروه در دوره 1990 الی 2013 انجام شد. با توجه به آزمون های ایستایی و همجمعی پنلی، روابط کوتاهمدت و بلندمدت به ترتیب با استفاده از روش تصحیح خطای برداری (ECM) و حداقل مربعات معمولی اصلاح شده (FMOLS) برآورد شدند.نتایج و بحث: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که رابطه ردپای اکولوژیکی و تولید ناخالص داخلی سرانه بصورت N شکل بوده و از لحاظ آماری معنی دار است. بعلاوه، نتایج مطالعه گویای آن است که افزایش نسبی مصرف سرانه انرژی، زمین زراعی و تولیدهای دامی منجر به افزایش ردپای اکولوژیکی میگردد. همچنین 10 درصد افزایش در زمین زراعی کشورهای گروه D-8 منجر به افزایش 15/2 درصدی در ردپای اکولوژیکی شده، حال آنکه 10 درصد افزایش در تولیدهای دامی منجر به افزایش 18/1 درصدی ردپای اکولوژیکی در بلند مدت می شود. بعلاوه، افزایش 10 درصدی در مصرف انرژی سبب افزایش 38/7 درصدی در ردپای اکولوژیکی می شود. نتیجه گیری: نتیجه اصلی مطالعه گویای آن است که فعالیت های کشاورزی یکی از عامل های ایجاد آلودگی های محیط زیستی بوده و بطور معنی داری بر ردپای اکولوژیکی در کشورهای گروه D-8 موثر هستند. همچنین، تولیدهای زراعی در مقایسه با تولیدها دامی اثرهای بزرگتری بر ردپای اکولوژیکی در بلند مدت دارد.

کاربری زمین همواره یکی از مهم ترین شاخصهایی بوده است که انسان از طریق آن محیطزیست خود را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. کاربری فعالیتی است که انسان از طریق مصرف منبع های طبیعی زمینه های رشد و پیشرفت اجتماعی اقتصادی خود را فراهم کرده و در عین حال ساختارها و فرآیندهای موجود در محیطزیست را تغییر میدهد. یکی از مهم ترین منبع هایی که در این دهه از طریق تغییر کاربری زمین مورد آسیب قرار گرفته است، منبع های آب بویژه آب زیرزمینی است. با توجه به اهمیت منبع های آب زیرزمینی در تأمین آب شرب و کشاورزی، پایش کیفی و توزیع زمانی و مکانی روند تغییرهای آن، از مبحثهای مهم در برنامهریزی و مدیریت منابع آب است. از این رو تحقیق حاضر به بررسی اثرهای ناشی از تغییر کاربری بر کیفیت آب زیرزمینی در دشت کرمان می پردازد.
مواد و روش ها:
برای تهیه نقشه کاربری زمین دشت کرمان از تصویرهای ماهواره لندست 5، 7 و 8 که به ترتیب دارای سنجندههای TM (1365)، ETM+ (1380) و سنجنده OLI (1395) می باشند، استفاده شد. همچنین به منظور بررسی روند تغییرهای کیفی منبع های آب زیرزمینی دشت کرمان از آمار و اطلاعات سال های 1381 و 1396 استفاده شد. سپس نقشه های پارامترهای کیفی در محیط ARC GIS 9.3 ترسیم شد. در ادامه این نقشه ها با استفاده از طبقه بندی برای مصرف های کشاورزی بر اساس روش ویلکوکس پهنه بندی شدند و منطقه های بحرانی و آلوده روی آنها مشخص گردید.
نتایج و بحث:
با استفاده از تصویرهای ماهوارهای منطقه مورد بررسی به سه واحد کاربری تقسیم شده است. این واحدها شامل منطقه های مسکونی، زمین کشاورزی و زمین مرتعی است. کیفیت آب کشاورزی را از روی دیاگرامی به نام دیاگرام ویلکوکس بهدست آمد. نقشههای پهنهبندی مکانی پارامترهای آب زیرزمینی برای مصرف های کشاورزی بر اساس روش ویلکوکس ترسیم شده است. در نهایت با روی هم انداختن لایه های SAR و EC با نرم افزار ArcGIS9.3 وضعیت کیفی آب منطقه برای مصرف های کشاورزی بر اساس طبقه بندی ویلکوکس در سالهای 1375 و 1393 تهیه شد (شکل 6) و مساحت هر کدام از گروه ها محاسبه گردید.
نتیجه گیری:
همچنین تغییرهای کاربری نشان داد که در کلاس کاربری مرتع روند کاهشی اتفاق افتاده است. بهطوریکه در مدت 30 سال 1/691 کیلومترمربع از سطح زمینهای مرتعی کاهشیافته است. همچنین سطح زمین های کشاورزی و منطقه های مسکونی افزایش یافته، که این افزایش به مراتب بیشتر از زمین های کشاورزی است. بر اساس طبقه بندی ویلکوکس پارامترهای EC و SAR در مدت این دوره روند رو به افزایش داشته، ولی روند افزایش پارامتر EC بیشتر بوده است. برای پارامتر EC، کمابیش بیشتر منطقه دارای میزان بالایی از این عنصر میباشد، که شدت آن در قسمتهای غرب منطقه بیش از دیگر منطقه ها است و با گذشت زمان بر شدت آن افزوده شده است. برای عنصر SAR نیز بررسی ها نشان داد که میزان این عنصر در سال 1380 در تمامی منطقه در کلاس خوب قرار داشته و در سال 1393 بخش های غربی منطقه مورد بررسی در کلاس متوسط قرار گرفته است.

ارزیابی مطلوبیت زیستگاه تمساح مردابی ( Crocodylus palustris Lesson, 1831 ) به روش حداکثر بی نظمی
سابقه و هدف:
تمساح مردابی یکی از گونههای آسیبپذیر در ردهبندی اخیر IUCN است که در اکثر گستره پراکنش آن به دلیل تهدیدهای انسانی با کاهش جمعیت و حذف جمعیتهای محلی روبهرو شده است. امروزه توجه به مدلسازی پیشبینی توزیع گونه در مطالعات زیستشناسی حفاظت و بومشناختی رو به افزایش است، با این حال تا کنون برای این گونه چنین مطالعاتی در ایران صورت نگرفته است، بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف بررسی مطلوبیت زیستگاه تمساح انجام شد.
مواد و روشها:
حوزههای آبخیز رودخانههای سرباز و کاجو در منطقه مکران غربیترین بخش حوزه پراکنش تمساح مردابی است که در جنوب استان سیستان و بلوچستان واقع است. مدلسازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه تمساح مردابی در این منطقه به روش حداکثر بینظمی انجام شد. فاکتورهای محیط زیستی شامل ارتفاع، شاخص پوششگیاهی 1 NDVI، دما، بارندگی، فاصله از سکونتگاههای شهری، سکونتگاههای روستایی، جاده و رودخانهها بود. برای حذف متغیرهای با همبستگی بالا (۷0/۰< ) از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد و با استفاده از شاخص Moran (Levine, 2004) از نبود وجود همبستگی مکانی میان دادههای حضور گونه اطمینان حاصل شد. حساسیتسنجی و بررسی اهمیت نسبی هر یک از متغیرها با کمک درصد سهم مشارکت و اهمیت هر متغیر، منحنیهای پاسخ متغیرها به روش جکنایف محاسبه شد. حد آستانه برای طبقهبندی منطقه های مطلوب بر اساس میزان آموزش بیشترین حساسیت بهعلاوه ویژگی (MTSS) و آموزش برابر حساسیت و ویژگی (ETSS) انجام شد.
نتایج و بحث:
میزان مربوط به سطح زیرمنحنی ROC بیشتر از 80/0 بود که کارایی عالی مدل را نشان میدهد. بر اساس درصد سهم مشارکت، اهمیت نسبی و نتیجه آزمون جک نایف، مهمترین متغیرهای زیستگاهی، فاصله از رودخانه، دما و ارتفاع از سطح دریا شناسائی شدند. میزان آستانهای ETSS و MTSS به ترتیب 18/0 و 52/0 بهدست آمد که بر اساس این آستانهها نقشه مطلوبیت زیستگاه به دو طبقه مطلوب و نامطلوب طبقهبندی و به ترتیب مساحت منطقه مطلوب 1629 و 312 کیلومتر مربع برآورد شد. مقایسه آستانههای مورد نظر در طبقهبندی نشان داد که MTSS از درستی بالاتری برخوردار است. با توجه به اینکه بخش عمده منطقه مطلوب زیستگاهی خارج از منطقه حفاظت شده گاندو قرار دارد، به عنوان پیشنهاد مدیریتی برای حفاظت این گونه اصلاح مرز و افزایش محدوده ی منطقه حفاظت شده مطرح میشود. بررسی اثرهای سدها بر مطلوبیت زیستگاه تمساح نشان داد که سدها سبب افزایش مطلوبیت زیستگاه شدهاند، ولی باید توجه داشت که اگر چه احداث سدها موجب تامین زیستگاه و منبعهای غذایی شده و از این رو دارای کارکردهای مثبت هستند ولی تاثیرپذیری های منفی مانند از بینرفتن و کاهش محلهای مناسب تخمگذاری و کاهش میزان موفقیت تولیدمثل گونه را نیز موجب میشوند. همچنین تکهتکه بودن لکههای مطلوب زیستگاه بهدستآمده در این تحقیق و وجود رفتار مهاجرت در این گونه نشان داد که راهروهای ارتباطی را نیز باید مورد توجه قرار داد و برنامههای حفاظتی برای آنها نیز درنظرگرفت.
نتیجهگیری:
از آنجائی که فاصله از رودخانه به عنوان مهمترین عامل تعیینکننده مطلوبیت زیستگاه تمساح، تحت تاثیر نوسانان های شرایط اقلیمی و وجود آب قرار دارد، تضاد بین این گونه با بومیان (آب و غذا) و همین طور رفتار مهاجرت گونه از طریق کریدورهای ارتباطی بین لکههای زیستگاهی جدا از هم ادامه خواهد داشت که در فصل های گرم سال و شرایط خشکسالی شدیدتر نیز خواهد شد. بنابراین علاوه بر تجدید نظر در وسعت منطقه حفاظتی و نگهداری راهروهای ارتباطی بین زیستگاهها، افزایش پایش گونه، آموزش و همکاری جوامع بومی و محلی در امر حفاظت ضروری خواهد بود.

تجزیه زیستی زایلن توسط باکتری های آزاد و تثبیتشده Sphingomonas paucimobilis strain TY4-HX ، بر اکسید گرافن
سابقه و هدف:
در چند دهه اخیر،زایلن به همراه تعدادی دیگر از ترکیب های آروماتیک موجود در نفت خام و دیگر محصول های پتروشیمی بهعنوان یکی از آلایندههای مهم خاک محسوب شده اند، بنابراین هدف از این بررسی، یافتن سویه باکتری برای تجزیه زیستی این ترکیب و افزایش راندمان تجزیه این ترکیب به کمک تثبیت این باکتری بر روی ترکیب هایی با ساختار نانویی مانند اکسیدگرافن است.
مواد و روشها:
در این پژوهش، تجزیه زیستی زایلن با استفاده از باکتریهای آزاد و تثبیتشده به کمک اکسید گرافن در شرایط بهینه بررسی شد. باکتریهای تجزیهکننده زایلن از خاکآلوده جداسازی شد و با استفاده از توالی ژن S rDNA 16 شناسایی گردید. که باکتری شناسایی شده Sphingomonas paucimobilis سویه TY4-HX: بود. برای تجزیه زایلن با استفاده از سلولهای آزاد و تثبیتشده ، میزان بهینه pH، دما، و غلظت زایلن به کمک روش RSM به ترتیب برابر با7، c°32وg/l 5/1 تعیین شد.
نتایج و بحث:
سلولهای آزاد تحت شرایط بهینه قادر به تجزیه زیستی زایلن به مقدار 8/45 % طی 24 ساعت بود. در این مطالعه از اکسید گرافن بهمنظور تثبیت باکتری Sphingomonas paucimobilis سویه TY4-HX استفاده شد. با استفاده از روشهای FTIR و SEM مشخص شد که این سویه بااتصال به سطح اکسید گرافن قادر به ایجاد بیوفیلم شده است. باکتریهای تثبیتشده به این روش قادر به تجزیه زیستی زایلن به مقدار بیش از 3/86 % تحت شرایط بهینه و در زمان 24 ساعت بود.
نتیجهگیری:
با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، باکتریهای تثبیتشده نسبت به همان سویه از باکتریهای آزاد، از عملکرد بهتری در پالایش خاکآلوده به زایلن برخوردار بودند.

بازیافت سیلیکا از سبوس برنج و کاربرد آن در کروماتوگرافی مایع
سابقه و هدف:
تولید برنج سبوس دار، در جهان حدود 482 میلیون تن است. ترکیب های موجود در سبوس برنج، به دو بخش آلی و معدنی تقسیم میشود که بخش آلی آن را ترکیب های سلولز، همی سلولز، لیگنین و... تشکیل می دهند و بخش معدنی آن شامل سیلیکا و اکسیدهای فلزی است. یکی از فراوان ترین مواد تشکیل دهنده سبوس برنج، سیلیکا است. بیست درصد سبوس برنج، خاکستر سفید رنگی است که منبعی غنی از سیلیکا (بیش از 90 درصد) بوده و بعد از سوختن کامل سبوس برنج در زمان و دمای کنترل شده، به دست می آید. در کشورهای دیگر بازیافت این سیلیس، کاربردهای متعددی در صنعت های آرایشی و بهداشتی و صنعت های الکترونیک دارد ولی در کشور ما این بازیافت صورت نمی گیرد. هدف این مقاله، بازیافت سیلیکا از سبوس برنج و استفاده از این سیلیکا، بعنوان ماده پر کننده ستون کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا است، که در نتیجه آن، سیلیکای بازیافتی از برنج، به سیلیکایی ارزشمند و با ارزش افزوده بسیار بالا تبدیل می شود.
مواد و روش ها:
برای سنتز سیلیکاژل متخلخل کروی از سبوس برنج باید در ابتدا آماده سازی های فیزیکی سبوس، انجام شده و با واکنش های اسیدی و تنظیم pH و به دنبال آن حرارت دادن (سوزاندن در دماهای بالا)، پودر سفید رنگ به دست آید. سپس در شرایط قلیایی، این پودر به محلول سدیم سیلیکات تبدیل می شود. از روش سل – ژل برای سنتز سیلیکاژل متخلخل کروی استفاده شد. پس از آماده سازی و پرکردن ستون با سیلیکاژل کروی سنتز شده، ابتدا ترکیب های فلاونوئیدی توسط ستون سیلیکاژل آنالیز شده و سپس سیلیکاژل با وانکومایسین، عامل دار شده و برای جداسازی انانتیومرهای پروپرانولول مورد تست قرار گرفت.
نتایج و بحث:
نتایج به دست آمده از جداسازی فلاونوئیدها و پروپرانولول نشان داد که سیلیکای تهیه شده می تواند بستر بسیار مناسبی برای نشاندن گروه های عاملی روی آن باشد. تست سیلیکای سنتز شده که منشا آن سیلیکای بازیافتی از سبوس برنج است، نشان داد که عمل بازیافت بخوبی رخ داده و سبوس برنج بعنوان محصول جانبی و دور ریز در فرآیند تولید برنج، به سیلیکایی با ارزش افزوده بسیار بالا و کاربردی در ستونهای پبشرفته مورد استفاده در دستگاه های کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا، تبدیل شده است.
نتیجه گیری:
کشور ما ایران یکی از بزرگترین تولید کنندگان برنج است. سبوس برنج همچون سیلیس معادن، می تواند بازیافت و خالص شده و بعنوان فاز ساکن ستون های کروماتوگرافی مایع مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

عاملهای تاثیرگذار بر جلب مشارکت دانشجویان مراکز آموزش عالی کشور در امر تفکیک پسماندهای شهری از مبدأ – مورد مطالعه: پردیس نازلوی دانشگاه ارومیه
سابقه و هدف:
تشویق دانشجویان به عنوان سفیران محیط زیست در منازل، به مشارکت در جداسازی اجزای قابل بازیافت پسماند تولیدی از مبدأ، میتواند دورنمایی روشنی را برای مدیریت صحیح پسماندها در آینده کشور ترسیم کند. عمده پژوهش های پیشین در زمینه شناخت عامل های مؤثر بر جلب مشارکت عمومی در تفکیک زایده ها و میزان تاثیرگذاری آنها، معطوف به منطقه های شهری (و نه محیطهای آموزشی همچون دانشگاهها) بوده و بیشتر، آثار برهم کنش عامل های مختلف در نتایج، مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است. بر این اساس، در تحقیق حاضر میزان آگاهی، نوع نگرش و شیوههای افزایش سطح مشارکت دانشجویان در اجرای طرح تفکیک از مبدأ، با انتخاب پردیس نازلوی دانشگاه ارومیه بعنوان مورد مطالعه، بررسی شده است.
مواد و روشها:
تعداد 113 پرسشنامه شامل 11 سوال چند بخشی، بصورت تصادفی ساده بین دانشجویان توزیع شد (مصاحبه حضوری) و نتایج توسط نرم افزارSPSS تحلیل شدند. روایی پرسشنامه توسط اعتبار صوری و پایایی آن براساس ضریب آلفای کرونباخ کل(841/0) ارزیابی گردید. دادهها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در سطح توصیفی از جدول های توزیع فراوانی استفاده شده است و در سطح استنباطی توسط آزمون کای دو پیرسون، رابطه بین متغیرهای هر فرضیه به دست آمد. ضرایب کرامر و همخوانی کندال، جهت سنجش وجود رابطه بین متغیرها و جدولهای آزمون من-ویتنی، به منظور تعیین شدت همبستگی، محاسبه شدند.
نتایج و بحث:
نتایج آزمون فرضیهها نشان داد که سطح آگاهی و جنسیت در مشارکت دانشجویان نقش بسزایی دارد. از سوی دیگر، بدلیل قرار گرفتن افراد در بازه سنی محدود و بالاتر بودن سطح تحصیلات ایشان از متوسط جامعه، این عامل ها اثرگذاری چندانی بر رفتار مسئولانه محیط زیستی دانشگاهیان نخواهد داشت. ترجیح روشهای آموزشی نظیر برپایی نمایشگاه محصول های بازیافتی توسط مصاحبهشوندگان و تاثیرپذیر نبودن مشارکت از آموزش چهره به چهره، نشانگر تمایل دانشجویان به کسب آموزش از طریق شیوههای نوین آموزشی میباشد. مصاحبهشوندگان اطمینان از بازگشت درآمد حاصل به امور رفاهی را مهم ترین عامل در افزایش مشارکت دانستهاند. به بیان دیگر، بدلیل نوپا بودن اقدام های محیط زیستی و تجربه اندک کنشگرهای اجتماعی، مشارکت افراد در تفکیک از مبدأ زایدات بدون تأمین انتظارهای مادی، قابل انتظار نخواهد بود.
نتیجهگیری:
نتایج نشان میدهد که بیشتر دانشجویان پردیس نازلوی دانشگاه ارومیه تمایل به مشارکت در تفکیک زایدات از مبدأ داشته(با نمره عالی 56/7 از 9) ولی بـه دلیـل نبود آگـاهی کافی در این زمینه(با نمره متوسط 54/4 از 9) و نداشتن برنامهریزی مرتبط با موضوع در بخش خدمات دانشگاه(با نمره بسیار ضعیف 96/1 از 9)، همچنین اطلاعرسانی ناکافی و کمبود آموزشهای بیان شده از سوی مجموعه مدیریتی دانشگاه(با نمره ضعیف 71/2 از 9)، تفکیـک در مبـدا بطـور اصولی انجام نمیشود. بدلیل ارزیابی ضعیف عملکرد مسئولان خدماتی دانشگاه در زمینه اطلاعرسانی و آموزش تفکیک از مبدأ و نیز مشاهده نکردن نشانههایی مبنی بر جدی بودن ایشان در این راستا در آینده، اعتماد دانشجویان به نهاد دانشگاه، به نسبت اندک بوده و این امر تأثیر درخور توجهی در مشارکت ایشان در طرح خواهد داشت.

تحلیل موانع و راهکارهای توسعه دانشگاه سبز از دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران
سابقه و هدف:
دانشگاه سبز دانشگاهی است که در تمام فعالیتهای خود اعم از آموزشی و پژوهشی و تمامی خدمات موجود (امور اداری، مالی، آزمایشگاهها، کارگاهها و...)، دیدگاه بهداشتی، ایمنی و حفاظت از محیطزیست را داشته و میتواند با استفاده کارآمد و بهینه از منابع و مواد مصرفی در تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار جامعه مورد تاکید قرار گیرد. جهت جلوگیری از بحرانهای محیطزیستی و حرکت به سوی محیطزیست سالم، نقش موسسههای آموزش عالی، بسیار حایز اهمیت میباشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف اصلی تحلیل موانع و راهکارهای توسعه دانشگاه سبز از دیدگاه اعضای هیاتعلمی پردیس کشاورزی و منابعطبیعی دانشگاه تهران انجام شد.
مواد و روشها:
این پژوهش از نوع پژوهشهای مبتنی بر مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری از نوع تحلیل عاملی تأییدی محسوب میشود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را اعضای هیاتعلمی پردیس کشاورزی و منابعطبیعی دانشگاه تهران تشکیل داده (230 (N= که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 140 نفر از طریق روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده برای پژوهش انتخاب شدند که از این تعداد 123 پرسشنامه وارد تجزیه و تحلیل شد. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محققساخته استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با نظر تعدادی از اعضای هیاتعلمی دانشگاه تهران تایید شد. برای تعیین پایایی ابزار پژوهش پیشآزمون صورت گرفت که مقدار آلفای کرونباخ محاسبهشده برای موانع و راهکارهای توسعه دانشگاه سبز به ترتیب 87/. و 89/. بود.
نتایج و بحث:
نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان داد که در میان مولفههای پنجگانه موانع توسعه دانشگاه سبز مولفه آموزش سبز (GE) با بار عاملی 98/0 و در میان مولفههای پنجگانه راهکارهای توسعه دانشگاه سبز مولفه پژوهش سبز (GR) با بار عاملی به میزان 78/0 بیشترین نقش را در تبیین موانع و راهکارهای توسعه دانشگاه سبز از دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران دارا هستند.
نتیجهگیری:
در مجموع نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که موانع و راهکارهای متعددی توسعه دانشگاه سبز تاثیر دارند که براساس یافتههای تحلیل عاملی، این عوامل، برای موانع به ترتیب اهمیت آموزش سبز، سیستم مدیریتی دانشگاه سبز، سیستم منابع انسانی سبز، پژوهش سبز، و سیستم مدیریت محیطزیستی بودند و برای راهکارها به ترتیب اهمیت پژوهش سبز، سیستم مدیریتی دانشگاه سبز، سیستم مدیریت محیطزیستی، سیستم منابع انسانی سبز و آموزش سبز بودند.

مقایسه مدلهای Wavelet-MLP و Wavelet-GMDH در پیشبینی هدایت الکتریکی (EC) و نسبت جذب سدیم (SAR) در رودخانه زایندهرود
سابقه و هدف:
افزایش تقاضای آب و گسترش آلودگی منبع های آب در اثر افزایش فعالیتهای کشاورزی، شهری و صنعتی موجب ایجاد مشکل های محیط زیستی در بسیاری از منطقه های جهان شده است. افزایش قابل توجه بار آلودگی و گوناگونی آلایندههای مختلف شهری، کشاورزی و صنعتی نیاز به مدیریت تلفیقی کمی و کیفی سیستمهای منبع های آب را بیش از پیش ضروری ساخته است. پیشبینیهای دقیق کوتاه مدت و بلندمدت پارامترهای کیفی رودخانه بویژه برای طراحی سازههای هیدرولیکی، برنامهریزی آبیاری، بهرهبرداری بهینه از مخازن و برنامهریزی محیطی ضروری است. با توجه به ویژگیهای تصادفی بودن رخدادهای هیدرولوژیکی، پیشبینی وضعیت آینده آبهای سطحی همیشه با نبود قطعیتهایی همراه است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی عملکرد دو نوع شبکه عصبی مصنوعی MLP و GMDH بصورت تکی و همراه با تبدیل موجک گسسته (DWT1) برای پیشبینی دو پارامتر کیفی مهم هدایت الکتریکی (EC) و نسبت جذب سدیم (SAR) در ایستگاه هیدرومتری زمانخان رودخانه زایندهرود در 1، 2 و 3 ماه آینده است.
مواد و روشها:
در پژوهش حاضر، دادههای کیفیت آب رودخانه زایندهرود در ایستگاه زمانخان در طول سالهای 1363 الی ۱۳۸۴ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. از مجموع 22 سال داده، 15 سال ( کمابیش 70 درصد) برای آموزش و 7 سال ( 30 درصد) برای آزمون مدلهای توسعه داده شده مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. دو نوع موجک مادر dmey و db4 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند همچنین پارامترهای آماری نظیر RMSE و R2 برای بررسی عملکرد مدلها مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند.
نتایج و بحث:
نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از تبدیل موجک گسسته موجب بهبود عملکرد مدلها شده است. ترکیبهای مختلفی از دادههای ورودی (تأخیرهای مختلف) و دو نوع موجکهای مادر مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که مدلهای ترکیبی موجک-MLP و موجک- GMDH در هر دو پارامتر کیفی EC و SAR در بازههای مورد پیشبینی نسبت به مدلهای تکی MLP و GMDH دارای توانایی و دقت بالاتری در پیشبینی میباشند. نتایج مدلهای بدون تبدیل موجک تنها در پیشبینی SAR یک ماه بعد عملکرد خوبی داشتند و قادر به پیش بینیهای دو و سه ماه بعد نبودند. در پارامتر EC، مدلهای MLP و GMDH دارای عملکرد بهتری بودند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از تأخیرهای زمانی سالانه موجب افزایش دقت نمیشود و در برخی موارد حتی سبب کاهش دقت نیز میگردد. بررسی انواع موجکهای مادر نیز نشان داد که موجک dmey مناسبترین نوع موجک برای پیشبینی پارامترهای کیفی EC و SAR میباشد. مقایسه دو مدل موجک-MLP و موجک- GMDH نشان دهنده برتری نسبی مدل موجک-MLP بود. با افزایش بازه پیشبینی از 1 ماه تا 3 ماه آینده دقت مدلها کاهش پیدا کرد. این کاهش دقت در پیشبینی پارمتر SAR بیشتر بود، بطوریکه R2 در پیشبینی 1 ماه بعد SAR برابر 936/0 و در پیش بینی 3 ماه بعد به 516/0 کاهش یافت. در پارامتر EC نیز R2 در پیشبینی 1 ماه بعد تا 3 ماه بعد از 981/0 به 641/0 کاهش یافت.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج تحقیق حاضر میتواند بعنوان مبنایی برای برنامهریزیهای آینده در مورد کیفیت آب مصرفی باشد. پیشنهاد میشود مدل بیان شده در پژوهش حاضر در دیگر رودخانههای کشور نیز مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. همچنین ترکیب دیگر مدلهای هوشمند نظیر ANFIS و SVM با تبدیل موجک نیز می توانند مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گیرند.

پایش و پیش بینی روند تغییرات پهنه های ماسه ای ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣـﺪل زﻧﺠﻴـﺮة مارکف _ CA (مطالعه موردی: دشت ابوغویر دهلران، استان ایلام)
سابقه و هدف:
مدیریت اصولی کاربری اراضی مستلزم در اختیار داشتن اطلاعات دقیق و به هنگام در قالب نقشه است. با توجه به تغییرات گسترده و غیراصولی کاربری اراضی ازجمله تخریب منابع طبیعی در سالهای اخیر، بررسی چگونگی تغییرات پوشش اراضی در طول دورههای زمانی با استفاده از تصویرهای ماهوارهای امری ضروری است ازآنجاکه حفاظت از منابع طبیعی نیازمند پایش و بررسی مداوم یک منطقه است، امروزه برای شناسایی و پیشبینی روند تغییرات و تخریب اراضی از مدلهای تغییر کاربری اراضی استفاده می شود. یکی از مدل های پرکاربرد در پیش بینی تغییرات کاربری اراضی مدل سلولهای خودکار- مارکف می باشد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف پایش تغییرات کاربری اراضی دشت ابوغویر دهلران در سالهای گذشته و پیش بینی وضعیت آنها در 13 سال آینده صورت گرفته است.
مواد و روش ها:
در این پژوهش بمنظور آشکارسازی تغییرات کاربری منطقه موردمطالعه از تصاویر سنجندههای TM، ETM+و OLI ماهواره لندست به ترتیب در سالهای 1369، 1382 و 1395 استفاده شد. پس از اعمال تصحیح های هندسی و اتمسفری بر روی تصاویر، نقشه کاربری مربوط به هر سال تهیه شد سپس برای مدلسازی تغییرات کاربری اراضی با استفاده از مدل سلولهای خودکار- مارکف برای افق 1408، ابتدا با استفاده از روش زنجیره مارکف در نرمافزار Idrisi Selva نقشه کاربری سالهای 1369 و 1382 بعنوان ورودی مدل انتخاب شد و 13 سال پیشبینی تغییرات تا سال 1395 مدنظر قرار گرفت تا ماتریس احتمال تغییرات کاربریها حاصل شود. در ادامه با استفاده از روش CA-Markov دادههای حاصل از روش زنجیره مارکف و نقشه کاربری سال 1395 بعنوان دادههای ورودی، برای روش سلولهای خودکار- مارکف بکار گرفته شد.
نتایج و بحث:
نتایج حاصل از پایش تصاویر ماهوارهای، سالهای 1369تا 1395 بیانگر افزایش تدریجی پهنه های ماسه ای به میزان 62 کیلومترمربع و حرکت آن به سمت مراتع ضعیف و بوتهزارها می باشد. سطح زمینهای کشاورزی نیز افزایش 4 برابری داشته اند بطوریکه در انتهای دوره به اندازه 67/58 کیلومترمربع بر وسعت آنها افزوده شده است. زمین های مسکونی نیز در طول این سالها گسترش یافته و از وسعت بوته زارها بهشدت کاسته شده است پس از پایش تغییرات، نقشه سال 1395 توسط مدل شبیه سازی شد. ارزیابی میزان تطابق نقشه شبیهسازیشده و نقشه واقعی با شاخص کاپا 78 درصد صحت مدل را تأیید کرد. پس از اطمینان از صحت مدل، بمنظور پیش بینی تغییرات در طول سال های آتی، نقشه 1408 تهیه شد. نتایج حاصل از آشکارسازی تغییرات در سال 1408 گویای آن است که در صورت ادامه روند موجود بر وسعت پهنه های ماسه ای افزوده خواهد شد و 15 درصد منطقه را می پوشانند، بیشترین افزایش سطح در این دوران در بخش میانی متمایل به جنوب شرق به سمت جنوب حوزه رخ خواهد داد. وسعت بوته زارها نیز به میزان 13 کیلومترمربع کاهش خواهد داشت. روند تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی همچنان روند روبه رشدی داشته و در افق 1408، 10 درصد از منطقه را شامل خواهند شد.
نتیجهگیری:
مقایسه نقشه شبیهسازیشده سال 1395 توسط مدل و نقشه واقعی با شاخص کاپا نشان داد که مدل سلولهای خودکار- مارکف، مدلی مناسب برای پیش بینی تغییرات کاربری اراضی است و میتواند وضعیت آینده کاربری اراضی و پوشش گیاهی را با دقت مناسبی پیشبینی کند.

ارزیابی آسایش حرارتی انسان در فضای باز شهری مطالعه موردی: استان قم
سابقه و هدف:
فضای باز، مهمترین عرصه شکلگیری تعامل های اجتماعی انسانها بشمار میرود و ممکن است توسط یک طیف وسیعی از پارامترها تحت تأثیر قرار بگیرد. جلب رضایت افراد برای حضور در چنین فضاهایی عامل اصلی رشد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی در اینگونه شهرها میباشد. مطالعه و شناسایی محدودیتها و بحران های اقلیمی و نیز آگاهی از پتانسیلهای محیط زیستی نهفته در ویژگیهای طبیعی و اقلیمی یک منطقه در فصلهای مختلف سال بمنظور لحاظ شدن آنها در برنامهریزیهای مختلف استانی از اهمیت درخور توجهی برخوردار است و میتواند نقش اساسی در برنامهریزیهای شهری و منطقهای داشته باشد. در همین راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین آسایش حرارتی انسان در فضای باز استان قم تعیین گردید.
مواد و روشها:
در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از شاخصهای متوسط نظرسنجی پیشبینیشده و دمای معادل فیزیولوژی، آسایش حرارتی انسان در فضای باز استان قم موردبررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور دادههای مربوط به پنج پارامتر دما، رطوبت نسبی، سرعت باد، فشار بخارآب و میزان ابرناکی در سه ایستگاه قم، کهک و سلفچگان، برای یک دوره آماری مشترک 12 ساله (2017-2004) از سازمان هواشناسی کشور استخراج شد و با انتقال دادههای بالا در مقیاسهای زمانی مختلف با استفاده از قابلیت نرمافزار RayMan شاخصهای PET و PMV محاسبه و بررسی شد.
نتایج و بحث:
بررسیها نشان داد که دوره آسایش اقلیمی در این استان محدود به دو دوره مجزا بوده که با گذار از دورهی گرم به سرد و سرد به گرم همزمان است. این شرایط بطور میانگین 92/7 درصد از سال را به خود اختصاص داده است که دوره اول آن در ماههای مارس و آوریل (فروردین و اردیبهشت) و دوره دوم در ماه اکتبر (آبان) توزیعشده است و بی همتاترین فصلها برای انجام فعالیتهای محیطی در استان قم میباشند. به دلیل وجود تنوع جغرافیایی و به تبعیت از پراکنش توپوگرافی، تضاد شرایط حرارتی در نتایج این پژوهش به روشنی مشاهده شد، بهگونهای که منطقه های مرتفع و کوهستانی با 27/50 درصد از ایام سال در قلمرو تنشهای سرمایی قرارگرفتهاند و تنشهای گرمایی در نواحی پست و کم ارتفاع با 63/51 درصد وجه غالب شرایط اقلیمی منطقه میباشند و درصد بیشتری از ایام سال را در برگرفتهاند. در بررسی ماهانه مشخص شد که مهم ترین مؤلفه بازدارنده آسایش حرارتی در مرکز و شرق استان، تنشهای گرمایی متوسط تا بسیار شدید در ماههای می، ژوئن، ژوئیه، اوت و سپتامبر (خرداد، تیر، مرداد، شهریور و مهر) است، درصورتیکه عمدهترین محدودیت شهرهایی که در ارتفاعات قرار دارند، تنشهای سرمایی شدید در ماههای نوامبر، دسامبر، ژانویه، فوریه و مارس (آذر، دی، بهمن، اسفند و فروردین) می باشد. تفسیر نتایج نشان داد که تاثیرهای ارتفاع و پراکنش توپوگرافی سبب پیدایش تنوع اقلیمی در این منطقه شده است بطوریکه امکان رخداد تمام شرایط زیستاقلیمی با تنوع نسبتاً زیادی در گستره استان قم وجود دارد.
نتیجهگیری:
نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که خروجی شاخصهای زیستاقلیمی PET و PMV، توانایی آشکارسازی دورههای آسایشی و نبود آسایش استان قم رادارند و با واقعیت منطقه بهخوبی سازگار هستند و باوجود تفاوتهای جزئی، میتوانند نمودهای به نسبت همگونی از اقلیم آسایشی آنجا را نشان دهند و اطلاعات بهتری را برای برنامهریزی و تصمیمگیری در اختیار ما بگذارند. بطورکلی، با توجه به روشها و شاخصهای مختلف و نتایج بهدستآمده از تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، برای تحقق هدفها باید از تلفیق شاخصهای مختلف استفاده کرد.

ارزیابی جریان انرژی، ذخیره کربن و پتانسیل گرمایش جهانی در سناریوهای تولید برنج
سابقه و هدف: ارزیابی محیطزیستی چرخه زندگی گیاهان زراعی در سامانههای تولید یکی از روشهای مورد قبول برای دستیابی به هدف های کشاورزی پایدار است. بخش کشاورزی نیز سهم بسزایی در انتشار گازهای گلخانهای و گرمایش جهانی دارد. از اینرو، بهبود عملیات کشاورزی بعنوان راهکار مناسب برای تخفیف اثرهای تغییر اقلیم مطرح است. بنابراین، این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی محیط زیستی سناریوهای مختلف تولید ارقام اصلاح شده برنج اجرا شد. مواد و روشها: پس از ارزیابی اولیه و مشورت با متخصصان برنج، 100 مزرعه در روش کاشت نیمهمکانیزه و 100 مزرعه در روش سنتی در منطقه ساری در سالهای 1395 و 1396 انتخاب شدند. پس از ثبت اطلاعات، هر روش کاشت بر اساس شیوه مدیریت زراعی و مصرف نهادهها به چهار نظام کاشت تبدیل شده که در مجموع هشت سناریو را تشکیل دادند. چهار سناریوی روش نیمهمکانیزه شامل چهار نظام کمنهاده (SL)1، حفاظتی (SCI)2، رایج منطقه (SCII)3 و پرنهاده (SH)4 و چهار سناریوی روش سنتی نز بهترتیب نظامهای کمنهاده (TL)5، حفاظتی (TCI)6، رایج منطقه (TCII)7 و پرنهاده (TH)8 بودند. نتایج و بحث: یافتهها نشان داد میانگین عملکرد شلتوک در هشت سناریو برابر 6418 کیلوگرم در هکتار و میانگین انرژی ورودی در هشت سناریو برابر 93/28138 مگاژول در هکتار بود که 44/45 درصد انرژی تجدیدپذیر و 56/54 درصد انرژی تجدیدناپذیر را شامل میشد. بیشترین انرژی ورودی در سناریوی SH و TH مشاهده شد که مربوط به نظام کاشت پرنهاده در هر دو روش کاشت است. میانگین انرژی خروجی در هشت سناریو برابر 197076 مگاژول در هکتار و بیشترین انرژی خروجی در سناریوهای SCII، SH، TCII و TH بهدست آمد. میانگین بهرهوری انرژی در هشت سناریو برابر 23/0 کیلوگرم بر مگاژول بود که کمترین میزان آن در هر دو روش کاشت در نظام پرنهاده حاصل شد و دیگر سناریوها در یک سطح قرار گرفتند. میانگین انتشار دیاکسید کربن در هشت سناریو برابر 37/1120 کیلوگرم معادل CO2 در هکتار بود که بذر، سوخت و ادوات و ماشینآلات بالاترین سهم را داشتند. از نظر پتانسیل گرمایش جهانی در واحد سطح سناریوی TH در رتبه اول و سناریوی SH در رتبه دوم قرار گرفت. بالاترین پتانسیل گرمایش جهانی در واحد وزن شلتوک و انرژی ورودی در سناریوی SL و TL بهدست آمد. بیشترین انتشار فلزهای سنگین در آب و خاک در هر دو روش کاشت در نظام کاشت پرنهاده مشاهده شد و نظام کاشت رایج در رتبه دوم قرار گرفت. بیشترین بهرهوری خالص اولیه (NPP)9 در سناریوهای تولید مربوط به نظامهای کاشت رایج و پرنهاده بود که میزان آن در روش کاشت نیمهمکانیزه بالاتر از روش سنتی به دست آمد. در هر دو روش کاشت، بیشترین ورودی کربن نسبی (Ri) در سناریوهای تولید مربوط به نظام کاشت کمنهاده (SL و TL) حاصل شد. با توجه به کربن ورودی – خروجی و کربن خالص در هشت سناریو، میانگین شاخص پایداری نیز برابر 66/4 بهدست آمد. بالاترین شاخص پایداری در سناریوی SCI (05/5) مشاهده شد که مربوط به نظام کاشت حفاظتی بود. سناریوهای TL، SL، SCII و TCI از نظر شاخص پایداری در رتبههای بعدی قرار گرفتند. در واقع، شیوه صحیح مدیریت مزرعه در نظام تولید حفاظتی به کاهش انتشار آلایندههای محیطزیستی منجر شد. نتیجهگیری: طبق یافتهها، نظامهای کاشت کمنهاده و حفاظتی در هر دو روش کاشت به شاخصهای توسعه پایدار نزدیکتر بودند. همچنین، کشاورزان منطقه در نظامهای تولید پرنهاده و رایج بیشتر، بهرهوری اقتصادی در تولید برنج را در نظر گرفته و کمتر به پایداری محیطزیستی و بهرهوری انرژی توجه داشتند. از اینرو، استفاده از یافتههای این پژوهش میتواند برای افزایش پایداری بومنظامها و همچنین کاهش اثرهای سوء محیطزیستی ناشی از مصرف نهادههای شیمیایی و دستیابی به هدف های کشاورزی پایدار بسیار تأثیرگذار باشد.

رویکرد حفاظتی به گونه در حال انقراض سُرخدار (.Taxus baccata L) با بهینهسازی کشت کالوس برای تولید تاکسول
سابقه و هدف:
گیاه سُرخدار بعنوان مهمترین منبع تولید ترکیب ضد سرطان تاکسول، یکی از گونههای جنگلی بومی ایران است. این گیاه به دلیل رشد و زادآوری پایین و برداشت بیرویه از طبیعت در شمار گونههای در معرض انقراض قرار دارد. استفاده از تکنیک کشت بافت میتواند رویکرد بهرهبرداری از این گیاه باارزش برای تولید تاکسول را از عرصه های طبیعی به شرایط کنترلشده تغییر داده و آن را از خطر انقراض نجات دهد. بهره برداری پایدار از کشتهای کنترل شده، بهینهسازی شرایط تولید زیستتوده و کنترل عامل های بازدارنده رشد شامل ترکیبهای فنولی و اکسایش آنها در کشت کالوس و سلول سُرخدار ضرورت دارد. در این تحقیق استفاده مقایسه ای از مواد جاذب و ترکیبی از آنتیاکسیدان ها بمنظور بهبود رشد کالوس برای تولید تاکسول با دیدگاه حفاظت از ذخیره های ژنتیکی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است.
مواد و روش ها:
پاز سه تیمار زغال فعال (یک گرم در لیتر)، پلی وینیل پیرولیدون PVP (250 میلیگرم بر لیتر) و یک ترکیب آنتیاکسیدانی شامل (2/0 گرم بر لیتر گلوتامین، 05/0 گرم بر لیتر اسید آسکوربیک و 05/0 گرم بر لیتر اسید سیتریک) در محیط رشد کالوسها بمنظور تیماردهی استفاده شد. 4 گرم از کالوسهای 60 روزه به محیط کشت کالوس حاوی هرکدام از تیمارها منتقل شدند و محیط کشت فاقد تیمار بعنوان گروه شاهد در نظر گرفته شد. بعد از گذشت 21 روز میزان قهوهای شدن کالوسها، میزان وزنتر، وزن خشک و درصد زندهمانی بعنوان فاکتورهای رشدی و مورفولوژیک و محتوای پراکسید هیدروژن، محتوای مالون دیآلدئید، میزان فنول کل، فعالیت آنزیم پلیفنول اکسیداز و میزان تاکسول بعنوان فاکتورهای فیتوشیمیایی مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفتند.
نتایج و بحث:
نتایج حاصل از تغییرپذیری های مورفولوژیکی و فیتوشیمیایی کالوسها تحت تاثیر تیمارها نشان داد که تیمار ترکیب آنتیاکسیدانی با کاهش معنی دار محتوای پراکسید هیدروژن و کاهش استرس اکسیداتیو سبب کاهش میزان پراکسید اسیون لیپیدی و کاهش میزان قهوه ایشدن بافتها گردید. همچنین تحت تاثیر این تیمار با کاهش میزان فنول کل و کاهش فعالیت آنزیم پلیفنول اکسیداز از اکسایش ترکیب های فنولی جلوگیری شده و درصد زنده مانی و میزان وزن تر و خشک آنها افزایش یافت و از شدت قهوهایشدن کالوسها نسبت به نمونه شاهد بطور معنی داری کاسته شد. تیمار های PVP و زغال فعال نیز با اتصال به ترکیب های فنولی و کاهش تمرکز آنها در سلولها سبب کاهش فعالیت آنزیم پلیفنول اکسیداز شدند و به این ترتیب موجب افزایش معنیدار میزان زنده مانی و کاهش میزان قهوهای شدن کالوسها گردیدند. در حالیکه تغییر معنی داری در محتوای پراکسید هیدروژن، محتوای مالون دیآلدئید، میزان وزن تر، وزن خشک و محتوای تاکسول تحت تیمارهای PVP و زغال فعال مشاهده نشد. نبود افزایش وزن تر و خشک کالوسها تحت تاثیر ترکیبهای جاذب PVP و زغال فعال میتواند بهدلیل جذب هورمونها و ویتامین همراه با جذب ترکیبهای سمی از محیط کشت توسط این ترکیبها باشد.
نتیجهگیری:
همه تیمارهای بکاربرده شده در کاهش میزان قهوهایشدن و افزایش زندهمانی کالوسها موثر بودند ولی تیمار ترکیب آنتیاکسیدانی به دلیل بیشترین تأثیر در بهبود رشد و افزایش میزان وزن تر و خشک همراه با افزایش تاکسول بعنوان بهترین تیمار برای بهینهسازی کشت کالوس سُرخدار پیشنهاد میشود.

مطالعه آزمایشگاهی نشت آب از ترکهای طولی لولههای پلیاتیلن
سابقه و هدف:
نشت در شبکههای آبرسانی سبب از دست رفتن منابع آب و انرژی زیادی میشود. پیشبینی میزان نشت و تصمیمگیری بهینه در مورد استراتژیهای کنترل نشت، به درک عمیقی در مورد رابطه نشت-فشار نیاز دارد. لولههای پلیاتیلن چگالی بالا (HDPE) به صورت گسترده در شبکههای توزیع آب در دهههای اخیر استفاده میشود و رفتار نشت در این نوع لولهها هنوز کاملا مشخص نیست. هدف از انجام این مطالعه شناخت رفتار نشت از شکاف طولی برای لولههای پلیاتیلن و پارامترهای موثر برای رفتار الاستیک میباشد.
مواد و روش ها:
برای نیل به اهداف این پژوهش، مدل نیمه صنعتی آزمایشگاهی ساخته شد. براساس بررسی های اولیه و مطالعات کتابخانه ای، پارامترهای موثر استخراج شده و سپس با در نظر گرفتن پارامترهای قطر و ضخامت لوله، ابعاد ترک و دما، 10 نمونه آزمایشگاهی تهیه شد. سپس نمونه ها توسط پمپ فشار قوی تحت فشار قرار داده شدند و با تنظیم فشار میزان دبی خروجی از ترک طولی و دمای محیط در طول آزمایش برای هر فشار اندازهگیری گردید. سپس با استفاده از روش آنالیز ابعادی، نتایج حاصل آزمایشگاهی تحلیل گردید.
نتایج و بحث:
در شکافهای طولی لولههای پلیاتیلن مقدار دبی نشت تابعی از تغییرات مساحت موضع نشت است. نتایج آزمایشها نشان داد که میزان تغییر در مساحت موثر موضع نشت با فشار در حالت الاستیک رابطه تقریبا خطی دارد. همچنین شیب تغییرات مساحت موثر نسبت تغییرات فشار بستگی به پارامترهایی نظیر ابعاد ترک، قطر و ضخامت لوله و دمای محیط دارد. از میان این پارامترها تاثیر طول ترک و دمای محیط به نسبت دیگر پارامترها برجسته بوده و تاثیر بیشتری بر میزان نشت در ترک طولی داشته است. با استفاده از نتایج آزمایشگاهی و استفاده از تحلیل ابعادی، رابطهای برای تخمین تغییر مساحت موثر موضع نشت در ترک طولی لوله پلیاتیلن ارائه شده است. با استفاده از این رابطه دبی نشت در فشارهای مختلف قابل محاسبه است. در مطالعه حاضر توان نشت برای ترک های طولی لوله پلیاتیلن در محدوده 0.44 تا 1.44 محاسبه شده است و با رابطه ارائه شده همخوانی دارد. در صورتی که هر کدام از پارامترهای موثر مانند طول ترک و یا فشار افزایش یابد، در حالت الاستیک توان نشت به 1.5 نزدیک میگردد. با توجه به وجود عدم قطعیت در مورد ابعاد ترک ها در شبکه های توزیع آب نمی توان یک عدد را برای توان نشت ارائه کرد اما میانگین توان نشت در آزمایشات صورت گرفته معادل 1 می باشد. همچنین در آزمایش دیگری اثر دما بر میزان نشت به طور مستقل در فشار 5 بار بررسی شد و نشان داد افزایش دما میتواند سبب افزایش نشت در لولههای پلیاتیلن گردد. همچنین در فشار 40 درجه سانتیگراد از حالت الاستیک خارج شده و شیب تغییرات به شدت افزایش می یابد.
نتیجهگیری:
براساس نتایج این تحقیق میتوان گفت برای کنترل نشت در شبکه های توزیع آب شهری که لوله های پلیاتیلن به کار رفته است بایستی به کنترل و مدیریت فشار توجه بیشتری نمود. همچنین علاوه بر پارامترهای مرسوم بایستی به دمای محیط توجه کرد. در مناطق گرمسیر برای تخمین میزان نشت لولههای پلیاتیلن و انتخاب استراتژی مناسب جهت کاهش میزان نشت از رابطه توسعه یافته ارائه شده استفاده کرد.

مقایسه کارایی جذب آهن از آب آشامیدنی با استفاده از جاذبهای طبیعی گلاکونیتی (مطالعه موردی: ماسهسنگهای گلاکونیتدار سرخس و مراوهتپه)
سابقه و هدف:
وجود آهن در آبهای زیرزمینی، حتی در غلظتهای کم برای استفاده شرب مشکل های بسیاری را بوجود میآورد. آهن رشد انواع میکروارگانیسمهای مقاوم به کلر را در شبکه توزیع افزایش میدهد که سبب افزایش هزینههای گندزدایی، افزون بر مشکلات بو و طعم میشود. روشهای متنوعی برای حذف آهن بکار گرفته میشود که شامل اکسیداسیون و فیلتراسیون، فیلتراسیون با بستر جذبی یا کاتالیزوری، تبادل یونی، نرمسازی (سختیزدایی)، بیوفیلتراسیون و جذب سطحی است. یکی از ارزانترین روشهای حذف آهن از آب آشامیدنی جذب سطحی با استفاده از کانیهای ارزان معدنی همانند گلوکونیت است. در این تحقیق حذف آهن از آب آشامیدنی از طریق دو جاذب معدنی گلوکونیت سرخس و مراوهتپه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
مواد و روشها:
نمونههای گلوکونیت طبیعی از ماسه سنگهای گلوکونیتدار سازند نیزار در مقطع سرخس و ماسه سنگ گلوکونیتدار سازند آتامیر در مقطع مراوهتپه جمعآوری شد و در آزمایشگاه فرآوری شده و با قطر ذرات mm 0/1-5/0 دانهبندی شد. سطح ویژه و حجم حفرههای دو نمونه با استفاده از آنالیز BET به روش جذب نیتروژن بدست آمد. بررسی رفتار سینتیکی و تعادلی فرآیند جذب، منحنیهای سینتیکی و ایزوترمی جذب آهن بر جاذبهای گلوکونیت، از طریق آزمایش تعیین شد. این آزمایشها در سه pH معادل 5، 7 و 9 انجام شد. محلولهای آبی حاوی آهن در بالن ژوژههایی در تماس با میزانهای مختلف جاذب قرار گرفت و دما در °C 20 تنظیم شد.
نتایج و بحث:
انجام آنالیز BET به روش جذب نیتروژن بر نمونههای گلوکونیت نشان داد که سطح ویژه دو نمونه گلوکونیت نیزار سرخس و آتامیر مراوهتپه به ترتیب معادل 999/0 و m2/g 833/2 است. همچنین حجم حفره های گلوکونیت سرخس و مراوهتپه بهترتیب 006/0 و cm3/g 0123/0 و قطر متوسط حفره ها نیز به ترتیب 07/24 و nm 31/17 تعیین شد. نتایج آزمایشات نشان داد که با افزایش pH، ظرفیت و سرعت جذب آهن بر گلوکونیت سرخس و مراوهتپه بهطور چشمگیری افزایش مییابد. مقایسه نتایج جذب آهن بر گلوکونیت سرخس و مراوهتپه میزان جذب بیشتر آهن بر گلوکونیت مراوهتپه است که با سطح ویژه بیشتر این جاذب نسبت به گلوکونیت سرخس متناظر است. ظرفیت جذب نهایی جاذب گلوکونیت مراوهتپه در pHهای 5، 7 و 9 به ترتیب 3/17، 7/11 و 9/13 درصد بیشتر از ظرفیت جذب گلوکونیت سرخس بدست آمد. نتایج رگرسیون مدلهای سینتیکی گویای رفتار کاملاً مشابه مدلهای ریچی و هو برای توصیف منحنیهای سینتیک جذب آهن بر جاذبهای گلوکونیت بود. درنهایت با توجه به انطباق مدلهای سینتیکی گفته شده بر دادههای تجربی، میتوان گفت که در فرآیند جذب آهن بر گلوکونیت، جذب از سینتیک درجه دوم پیروی میکند. بهترین مدل ایزوترم توصیف دادههای تعادلی جذب آهن بر گلوکونیت مدلهای تمکین و داوودینژاد تعیین شدند. تبعیت از مدل داوودینژاد نشاندهنده وجود جذب سطحی تکلایه به همراه ناهمگنی سطح جاذب و وجود ممانعتهای فضایی بر سر راه جذب بوده و تبعیت از مدل تمکین آن است که آنتالپی جذب تابعی خطی از بارگیری سطح جاذب است.
نتیجهگیری:
جاذبهای معدنی گلوکونیت سرخس و مراوهتپه کارایی بهتری از زئولیت و کائولن داشته و توانایی مشابهی با زئولیت منگنز، پیرولوزیت و پامیس در حذف آهن از آب دارند و با توجه به وفور آنها در ایران میتوانند بعنوان روشی ارزان قیمت برای حل مشکل آهن در آبهای آشامیدنی کشور مورد بهره برداری قرار گیرند.
