ارزیابی ریسک های محیط زیستی مجتمع پتروشیمی کرمانشاه با روش FMEA
سابقه و هدف:
با گسترش صنعتهای مختلف، باوجود ایجاد رفاه برای انسان، خطرها و ریسکهای نهفته جدیدی نیز برای وی به وجود آمده است. صنعت پتروشیمی با توجه به گستردگی و حجم فعالیت ها و توانایی ایجاد خطر هم برای انسان و هم برای محیطزیست جزء صنعت های با ریسک بالا محسوب میشود. هدف از این تحقیق، ارزیابی و رتبه بندی ریسک های منتج از فعالیتهای فرآیندی در مجتمع پتروشیمی کرمانشاه است.
مواد و روشها:
تحقیق حاضر یک پژوهش تحلیلی- میدانی است که در یک بازه زمانی حدود10 ماه در مجتمع پتروشیمی کرمانشاه انجام گرفت. در این تحقیق ضمن بررسی خطهای تولید محصول ها (اوره و آمونیاک)، تیمی 5 نفره از کارشناسان و خبرگان تشکیل شد. سپس به تهیه ی لیستی ابتدایی از مهمترین ریسک ها و خطرها در حوزه ی محیط زیست اقدام و در مرحله ی بعد با استفاده از روش طوفان فکری و تکنیک دلفی اقدام به اصلاح لیست ابتدایی خطرها و ریسک های محیط زیستی شد و در قالب روش FMEA سنتی و فازی به ارزیابی ریسک محیط زیستی پرداخته شد.
نتایج و بحث:
بنابر نتایج به دست آمده از تعداد 38 ریسک شناسایی شده با روش FMEA سنتی، بالاترین رتبه مربوط به ریسک انتشار گازهای هیدروژن و آمونیاک در زمان از سرویس خارج شدن واحد آمونیاک و کمترین رتبه متعلق به ریسک پساب های آمونیاکی است. همچنین بیشترین فراوانی تأثیر ریسک ها مربوط به آلودگی هوا و نیز بیشترین دلیل ریسک ها مربوط به نقص در شبکه و اتصالها هستند. نتایج فازی سازی ورودی ها و خروجی روش FMEA نشان میدهد که از مجموع 15 ریسک که به صورت کلی در مجتمع پتروشیمی با نظرهای خبرگان شناسایی شده بیشترین عدد اولویت فازی در بخش بهداشتی مربوط به آلودگی صوتی (75/0)، در بخش ایمنی مربوط به سقوط از ارتفاع (75/0) و در بخش محیطزیست مربوط به کاهش منابع اکولوژیکی (613/0) طبق جدول 9 است.
نتیجه گیری:
طبق نتایج این تحقیق، رویکرد FMEA فازی میتواند به عنوان جایگزین مناسبی برای رویکرد سنتی FMEA در زمان نیاز به بیان نتایج، با دقت بیشتر باشد.

جای پای اکولوژیک، سنجشی برای پایداری شهرها مورد پژوهی شهر تبریز
سابقه و هدف:
با گسترش مفهوم گسترش پایدار در سطح بینالمللی، دانشمندان، مدلهای کمی و کیفی زیادی را برای اندازهگیری گسترش پایدار جامعه ها و شهرها نشان دادند. یکی از این ابزارها که توجه بیشتری را در سطح های علمی، سیاسی و آموزشی به خود جلب کرده، ارزیابی جای پای اکولوژیک است. بر اساس این روش، گسترش یک منطقه، زمانی "ناپایدار" قلمداد میشود که میزان جای پای اکولوژیک از ظرفیت زیستی منطقه بالاتر باشد. روش جای پای اکولوژیک تاکنون برای سنجش پایداری شهرهای بزرگ دنیا مانند لندن، لیورپول، پاریس مورد استفاده قرارگرفته است. هدف از این پژوهش، سنجش پایداری شهر تبریز با استفاده از روش جای پای اکولوژیک است.
مواد و روش ها:
در این پژوهش بهطورکلی از روشهای توصیفی - تحلیلی و کمی استفادهشده است. دادههای این پژوهش بهطور عمده از نوع کمی است. جامعه ی مورد بررسی آن، شامل همه خانوارهای ساکن در شهر تبریز بوده است. داده های این پژوهش به دو روش اسنادی و میدانی گردآوری شدهاند. این داده ها درروش اسنادی با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و پایگاه های علمی و همچنین سازمان های مختلف، گردآوری شدهاند. در این تحقیق از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای استفاده شده است. شهر تبریز به ده منطقه برحسب منطقه های شهرداری انتخاب و از هر منطقه چند بلوک بهصورت قرعه کشی انتخاب و برداشت شد. در مرحله بعدی با استفاده از روش تلفیقی جای پای اکولوژیکی که از ترکیب کاربرد دو روش استقرایی و قیاسی تشکیل شده است، برای محاسبه رد پای اکولوژیک در سطح های ناحیه های شهری اقدام شد. داده های لازم برای اندازه گیری اولیه با کمک جدول های آماری کشور به دست آمده است. از جمله داده های موردنیاز برای تحلیل، میتوان به مصرف انرژی غذا، تولیدهای جنگلی و مصرف های آن اشاره کرد.
نتایج و بحث:
برای تعیین جاپای اکولوژیکی شهر تبریز، از داده های غذا، میزان دیاکسید کربن ناشی از حملونقل، گرمایش به دست آمده از گازهای طبیعی، آب، نیروی الکتریسیته و مقدار زباله استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد: شهر تبریز برای دفن زباله بهطور متوسط سالانه به 86/10 هکتار زمین نیاز دارد. زمین موردنیاز برای جذب کربن ناشی از مصرف گاز طبیعی هر شهروند تبریزی، 135 مترمربع است و برای کل شهر نیز، این جای پا حدود 20795 هکتار است. جای پای اکولوژیکی هر یک از شهروندان تبریزی از نیروی الکتریسیته 17/0 هکتار است. در نهایت جای پای مصرف آب شهر تبریز 020/0 هکتار است.
نتیجه گیری:
نتیجه این پژوهش نشان میدهد که جای پای اکولوژیکی شهر تبریز در گروه های مصرفی مواد غذایی، حملونقل، گرمایش گازهای طبیعی، آب، برق و زمین موردنیاز برای دفع مواد زائد 30/3 هکتار بوده است. مقایسه ی آن با فضاهای پشتیبان آن، مانند شهرستان و استان، بیانگر این است که شهر تبریز برای برآوردن نیازهای زیستی و پایداری خویش متّکی به منطقه ای فراتر از استان آذربایجان شرقی است. نگاهی به میزان مواد مصرفی شهر تبریز، نشان میدهد که سهم مواد غذایی با 73/2 هکتار، بیشترین سهم را در بین دیگر شاخصها دارد. کمترین میزان مربوط به زمین موردنیاز برای دفع زباله 07/0 مترمربع به ازای هر نفر بوده است. ازآنجاییکه ظرفیت زیستی ایران 8/0 هکتار است. جای پای اکولوژیکی 30/3 هکتاری شهر تبریز بدان معناست که 125/4 برابر بیش از سهم خود، از ظرفیت زیستی قابلتحمل کشور را به خود اختصاص داده است.

تاثیر آموزش مبحث های آلودگی نوری بر میزان آگاهی و رفتار مغازهداران (تحقیق موردی شهرستان نهاوند)
سابقه و هدف:
نور همواره نقش مهمی در تحول زندگی بشر داشته است، اما مسیر گسترش آن، که باید به سمت آسایش بشر باشد، گاهی با کاربرد نامناسب و بیجا، موجب ضرر و زیان او شده است. ایجاد روشناییهای بیش از حد و وجود نورهای خیرهکننده و نورپردازیهای غیرضروری در مرکزهای فروش به ویژه در بخشهای تجاری شهر که از آن به عنوان آلودگی نوری یاد میشود میتواند سلامت مردم اعم از فروشندگان، مشتریان و رهگذران را به خطر بیاندازد، اما آنچه در این باره قابل تأمل است سطح دانش و آگاهی مردم در مورد آلودگی نوری و اثرهای زیانبار آن است که میتواند سبب تغییر نگرش و رفتار شود، بنابراین در این پژوهش به بررسی" تاثیرآموزش مبحث های آلودگی نوری بر میزان آگاهی و رفتار مغازهداران( تحقیق موردی شهرستان نهاوند)" پرداختهشده است.

نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش آن نیمه آزمایشی در قالب طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون برای دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش است. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه ای است که محقق طراحی کرده است. روایی پرسشنامه توسط کارشناسان متخصص و پایایی آن با روش آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری، مغازهداران شهر نهاوند بوده است که در این تحقیق 40 مغازهدار و فروشنده در خیابان قیصریه نهاوند بر پایه داوری پژوهشگر گزینش شده و سپس به صورت تصادفی در قالب گروههای کنترل و آزمایشی گروهبندی شدند. پیش آزمون انجام و سپس آموزشها به مدت 7 ساعت- نفر در زمینه مبحث های نور و الگوهای مصرف در 6 حوزه مفاهیم پایه، جنبههای اقتصادی، بهداشتی، ایمنی، محیطزیستی و اجتماعی اجرا شد. دوباره پس آزمون انجام شد. دادههای استخراجشده توسط نرمافزار SPSS با استفاده از آزمونهای کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، لون، کوواریانس، t وابسته و مستقل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند.
نتایج و بحث:
نتایج آزمونهای تحلیل کوواریانس و t با سطح اطمینان 95 صدم نشان دادند که بین میانگین نمره های آگاهی و رفتار سنجی گروه آزمایش در قبل و بعد از آموزش تفاوت وجود دارد و همچنین بین میانگین نمره های پس آزمون آگاهی و رفتار سنجی گروه آزمایش و کنترل، تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد. به طوری که نمره های گروه آزمایش افزایش یافته است. اندازه تاثیر آموزش برای آگاهی مغازهداران در حوزههای مفاهیم و آلودگیها، اقتصادی، بهداشت، ایمنی، محیطزیستی و اجتماعی به ترتیب برابر 73،51،59،25،60 و 19 درصد است و همچنین نتایج آزمون تی با دو نمونه مستقل برای نمره متغیر رفتار سنجی در حوزه های اجرای الگوهای رفتاری در زمینه های بالا، بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، تفاوت معناداری (000/0) را نشان میدهد زیرا (p <0/05) میباشد.
نتیجهگیری:
براساس یافتههای این تحقیق میتوان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش مبحثهای نور و آلودگیهای آن به فروشندگان میتواند در افزایش سطح آگاهی و تغییر رفتار آنها مؤثر باشد. بنابراین اطلاعرسانی برای افزایش دانش و سطح آگاهی عمومی و ایجاد تغییر رفتار آنان به ویژه در قشر فروشندگان و مغازهدارانی که در ساعت هایی از شب فعالیت دارند از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است.

ارزیابی کیفی آب رودخانه لنگرودرودخان با استفاده از شاخص کیفی NSFWQI
سابقه و هدف: برای تعیین کیفیت آب شاخص هایی وجود دارد که شاخص NSF از میان شاخص های عمومی کیفیت آب، بیشترین کاربرد را دارا است. هدف از معرفی شاخص NSFWQIطبقه بندی آب برای مصرف های کلی (شرب، حیات آبزیان، مصرف های تفریحی و ...) است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی کیفیت آب رودخانه لنگرودرودخان با استفاده از شاخص آب NSFWQI انجام گرفت که در آن 10 پارامتر شامل دمای آب، کدورت، فسفات، نیترات، اکسیژن محلول (DO)، کلیفرم مدفوعی، اکسیژن خواهی بیوشیمیایی (BOD)،pH ، جامدات محلول (TDS) و هدایت الکتریکی (EC) اندازه گیری شد. مواد و روش ها: جهت نمونه برداری 7 ایستگاه در طول رودخانه مشخص گردید و طی چهار فصل از پاییز 1393 تا تیر 1394نمونه برداری انجام شد. DO، pH، کدورت، هدایت الکتریکی، TDS و دما توسط دستگاه قابل حمل در محل اندازه گیری و نیترات و فسفات به روش اسپکتروفتومتری تعیین مقدار شد. اندازه گیری کلیفرم از روش بیشینه تعداد محتمل(MPN) صورت گرفت. نتایج و بحث: بررسی شاخص های کیفیت آب نشان داد که شاخص های کدورت، درجه حرارت، نیترات، فسفات،TDS ، pHوEC در فصل تابستان دارای بیشترین میزان بودند که بیشترین مقدار BODمربوط به فصل بهار است. کلیفرم مدفوعی در همه ی فصل ها نزدیک به یکسان بوده و اکسیژن محلول در فصل زمستان از بیشترین میزان برخوردار است. مقایسه میزان شاخص NSFWQI در هفت ایستگاه رودخانه لنگرودرودخان در فصلهای مختلف بیانگر آن است که ایستگاه دوم (درویشانبر، بالادست) در فصل زمستان با عدد 63، بالاترین و ایستگاه خالکیاسر (پایین دست) با شاخص عددی 56، پایینترین میزان عددی را به خود اختصاص داده اند. نتیجه گیری: مقایسه کلی نشان داد که در تمام ایستگاه ها از فصل زمستان به سمت فصل تابستان، از میزان عددی شاخص ها کاسته می شود. تفسیر نتایج بر اساس شاخصNSFWQI، نشان داد که در رودخانه لنگرودرودخان در طول مسیر، از ایستگاه بالادست به سمت ایستگاه پایین دست افزایش بار آلودگی و کاهش کیفیت آب وجود دارد. لذا آب این رودخانه برای شرب و کشاورزی مناسب نیست و حتما قبل از استفاده باید مورد تصفیه قرار گیرد.

تاثیرتغییرپذیری های کاربری و پوشش سرزمین بر کیفیت هوای شهر تهران
سابقه و هدف: تغییر در کیفیت هوا و خطرهای آن با رشد سریع مناطق شهری و صنعتی و تغییر در سایر کاربریها در دهههای اخیر در رابطه است. یکی از مهمترین تاثیرها، تغییرپذیری های کاربری سرزمین فرسایش بادی و در نتیجه افزایش ذرات معلق، در مناطق مسکونی است. به این دلیل، تاثیر تغییرپذیری های کاربری سرزمین، بر افزایش غلظت ذرات معلق در هوای شهرها بخصوص تهران دارای اهمیت است. مواد و روش ها: تغییر پذیری های کاربری سرزمین و متریکهای سیمای سرزمین در سالهای 1985، 2000 و 2014 بررسی شد. سپس رابطه بین تغییر در کاربری سرزمین با غلظت ذرات معلق در شهر تهران با استفاده از روشهای تحلیل روند مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. برای تعیین مهمترین جهتهای باد و تغییر در کاربری سرزمین که بر کیفیت هوای شهر تهران تأثیر گذاشته از شاخصهای تابع احتمال شرطی (1CPF) و شدت نسبی جهتی (2DRS) استفاده شد. نتایج و بحث: نتایج نشان داد که مساحت کاربری کشاورزی در دوره 1985 تا 2000 دارای روند افزایشی بوده در حالی که این روند در 2000 تا 2014 وارونه بوده است. تغییر در مساحت زمین های بایر روندی معکوس نسبت به کاربری کشاورزی در دو دوره زمانی ذکر شده داشت. همچنین کاربری شهری در کل دوره، روند افزایشی داشته است. نتایج متریک های سرزمین، به وجود آمدن لکههای کوچکتر و سیمای سرزمین لکه لکه شده را نشان داد. نتایج تحلیل روند بیان کرد که غلظت ذرات معلق در کل روند افزایشی داشته اما در سال 2007 یک افزایش ناگهانی در غلظت ذرات معلق دیده شد. مقایسه بین غلظت ذرات معلق قبل و بعد از سال 2007 گویای این بود که بین این دو دوره اختلاف معنیداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج CPF و DRS قبل از سال 2007 نشان داد که جهت خاصی برای منبع های انتشار ذرات معلق وجود ندارد. اما برای سالهای بعد از 2007، ارزش نمودار CPF و DRS در جهت های خاصی مانند جنوب تا غرب افزایش یافته است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج، نشاندهنده این است که جهتهای خاصی بر افزایش غلظت 10PM در شهر تهران مؤثرند که با جهت بیشترین تغییرپذیری ها در کاربری سرزمین مطابقت دارد. در نتیجه تغییرپذیری ها کاربری سرزمین از عوامل مؤثر در افزایش میزان ذرات معلق شهر تهران به شمار می رود.

تحلیل کاربری و پوشش زمین ها با استفاده از سنجه های بوم شناسی منظر (بررسی موردی: منطقه ارسباران)
سابقه و هدف: منظر، منطقه ای ناهمگن و گسترده می باشد که از مجموعه ای از لکه ها، زیستگاه ها و عنصرهای محیطی تکرار شونده تشکیل شده است. در سال های گذشته در بررسی های بوم شناسی منظر، از سنجه های گوناگونی برای بررسی ساختار، عملکرد و تغییرپذیری های الگوی سرزمین استفاده شده است. این سنجه ها، شاخص هایی هستند که ویژگی های ساختاری و مکانی اجزای ساختاری سرزمین را معین و با کمی سازی آنها، امکان مقایسه و تفسیر پویایی منظر را فراهم می کنند. هدف این تحقیق، بررسی و تحلیل پیچیدگی های رابطه های بین کاربری های مختلف و کسب اطلاعات در مورد وضعیت فعلی کاربری ها با استفاده از سنجه های سیمای سرزمین در منطقه ارسباران است. مواد و روش ها: نقشه کاربری دقیق به روش تفسیر تلفیقی تصاویر ماهواره لندست 8، با بهره گیری از داده های جانبی و با در نظر گرفتن کاربری های کشاورزی، جنگل متراکم، جنگل کمتراکم، شهری، مرتع، بدون پوشش و آب تهیه شد. در این تحقیق، 18 سنجه منظر شامل: سنجه های مساحت (مساحت کل، درصد از سیمای سرزمین، تعداد لکه، تراکم لکه، بزرگترین لکه، کل حاشیه، تراکم حاشیه و سنجه شکل سیمای سرزمین نرمال شده) شکل (شاخص میانگین شکل و شاخص نسبت محیط به مساحت)، مجاورت و پراکندگی (سنجه پراکندگی و مجاورت، اندازه متوسط شبکه، سنجه تکه تکه شدگی و متوسط فاصله اقلیدسی) و تنوع (سنجه های تنوع و یکنواختی شانون و سیمپسون) بر اساس پژوهش های انجام شده و نظر متخصصان انتخاب شدند. این سنجه ها در سطح کلاس و منظر برای کاربری های مختلف محاسبه و بر اساس میزان آنها وضعیت فعلی منظر منطقه و رابطه های بین کاربری های تحلیل شد. نتایج و بحث: نتایج بررسی نشان داد که جنگل متراکم و مرتع به ترتیب با 76/30 و 03/30 درصد از سطح سرزمین، عنصرهای اصلی منظر منطقه ارسباران را تشکیل میدهند. نتایج محاسبه سنجه های تعداد و تراکم لکه نشان داد که پوششهای مرتعی و جنگل کمتراکم بیشترین تعداد لکه را در بین دیگر کاربری ها دارند و به عبارتی ریزدانه ترین کاربری ها در منظر منطقه هستند. شاخص بزرگترین لکه نیز نشان داد که 76/4 درصد منظر منطقه توسط بزرگترین لکه جنگل متراکم اشغال شده است. همچنین میزان سنجه های حاشیه کل و تراکم حاشیه نیز نشان داد که جنگل متراکم بیشترین بخش منطقه را تشکیل داده و طولانی ترین مرز مشترک را با دیگر کاربری ها دارد. بر اساس نتایج سنجه میانگین شکل می توان گفت که کاربری شهری و بدون پوشش بیشترین پراکندگی را در بین دیگر کاربری ها دارند. همچنین کاربری شهری از همگسسته ترین کاربری و در مقابل جنگل متراکم، پیوسته ترین کاربری در سطح منظر منطقه به شمار میروند. با محاسبه سنجه متوسط فاصله اقلیدسی مشخص شد که کمترین فاصله بین لکه های متناظر در کاربری جنگل متراکم و بیشترین فاصله، بین لکه های منطقه های شهری وجود دارد. نتایج محاسبه سنجه ها در سطح منظر نشان داد که منطقه از 802 لکه با کاربری های مختلف تشکیل شده است و بر اساس سنجه های تنوع و یکنواختی شانون و سیمپسون، منظر منطقه مورد بررسی از نوع گوناگون و ناهمگن است. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج با توجه به ریزدانه بودن پوششهای طبیعی مرتعی و جنگلی و گسستگی بالای این عرصه ها و همچنین در نظر گرفتن پراکندگی زمین های شهری و گستردگی زمین های کشاورزی، امکان وقوع تغییرات کاربری با نرخ بالا در آینده وجود دارد و تغییر پذیری های آینده در راستای زدودن لکه های کوچک مرتعی و جنگلی و گسترش کاربری های شهری و کشاورزی خواهد بود.

به کارگیری فرآیند کاویتاسیون هیدرودینامیکی به منظور حذف رنگزا و بهینه سازی بر مبنای میزان انرژی مصرفی
سابقه و هدف:
بسیاری از آلاینده های موجود در فاضلاب های صنعتی از قبیل رنگزاها به دلیل ماهیت پیچیده و مقاومشان به راحتی به وسیله فرآیندهای متداول تصفیه فیزیکی، بیولوژیکی و شیمیایی قابل حذف نمی باشند. بنابراین دستیابی به یک فناوری تصفیه موثر که بتواند مولکول های مقاوم را بطور کامل تجزیه کرده و یا به مولکول های کوچکتر قابل تجزیه با فرآیندهای مرسوم تبدیل کند، امری ضروری به نظر می رسد. کاویتاسیون چنین تکنیک امروزیای است که به دلیل قابلیت تولید رادیکال های آزاد با فعالیت بالا، به منظور شکست ترکیب های شیمیایی آلی و تجزیه آلاینده های مقاوم به تجزیه بیولوژیکی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. کاویتاسیون هیدرودینامیکی، توانایی به کارگیری در مقیاس بزرگتر به دلیل قابلیت تولید رادیکال های هیدروکسیل در شرایط محیطی با هزینه پایین تر در جهت به کارگیری اقتصادی تر را دارا است. هدف از این پژوهش به کارگیری کاویتاسیون هیدرودینامیکی به منظور تجزیه رنگزای راکتیو مشکی 5 و بهینه سازی پارامترهای موثر بر فرآیند (pH، فشار ورودی، قطر روزنه و غلظت رنگزا) با توجه به میزان راندمان و انرژی مصرفی بود.
مواد و روش ها:
در این پژوهش تجزیه رنگزای راکتیو مشکی 5 به وسیله کاویتاسیون هیدرودینامیکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. 25/8 لیتر محلول رنگی در هر تست مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. کاویتاسیون از طریق به کارگیری پمپ و صفحه روزنه دار تولید شد. به منظور بهینه سازی فرآیند، آزمایش های مختلف در pHهای 3 الی 11 و نیز با به کارگیری صفحه های با قطر روزنه مختلف 2، 3، 5 و 7 میلیمتر در فشارهای 2، 3، 4 و 5 بار و غلظت های رنگزای 30، 50 و 100 میلی گرم بر لیتر انجام گرفت. با توجه به ولتاژ ثابت برق شهری، جریان الکتریکی به عنوان شاخصی برای انرژی مصرفی به وسیله آمپرمتر مورد اندازه گیری قرار گرفت.
نتایج و بحث:
با توجه به نتایج با کاهش pH، میزان رنگبری افزایش یافت و صفحه های روزنه دار با قطر روزنه بزرگتر در فشارهای بالاتر راندمان بهتری داشتند. مشاهده گردید که افزایش غلظت اولیه رنگ، سبب کاهش راندمان حذف شد. صفحه با روزنه 7 میلیمتر در فشار ورودی 5 بار، بیشترین بازده را به دست داد ولی با در نظر گرفتن میزان انرژی مصرفی و با توجه به میزان بازده فرآیند به میزان مصرف انرژی، صفحه با قطر روزنه 7 میلیمتر و فشار ورودی 4 بار به عنوان بهینه انتخاب شد. pH برابر با 3، صفحه با روزنه به قطر 7 میلیمتر در فشار ورودی 4 بار و غلظت اولیه رنگزا برابر با 30 میلی گرم بر لیتر (با توجه به میزان انرژی مصرفی پمپ از طریق اندازه گیری جریان الکتریکی و راندمان فرآیند) به عنوان شرایط بهینه در نظر گرفته شد. در این شرایط پس از 120 دقیقه، میزان رنگبری برابر با 21/38 درصد به وسیله کاویتاسیون هیدرودینامیکی به دست آمد.
نتیجه گیری:
کاویتاسیون هیدرودینامیکی، توانایی به کارگیری در مقیاس بزرگتر به دلیل قابلیت تولید رادیکال های هیدروکسیل در شرایط محیطی را دارا است. مشخص شد که میزان مصرف انرژی عاملی تاثیر گذار در انتخاب شرایط بهینه بود. با کاهش غلظت اولیه رنگزا و pH، میزان حذف رنگ افزایش یافت و صفحه های روزنه دار با قطر روزنه بزرگتر در فشارهای بالاتر راندمان بهتری داشتند.

تأثیر آتشسوزی بر تنوع و سطح های غذایی فون خاک در جنگلهای هیرکانی (مطالعه موردی: جنگلهای گلندرود)
سابقه و هدف: تنوع و فراوانی فون خاکهای جنگلی، نقش مهمی در چرخه عنصرهای غذایی دارد و عامل های زیانبار ازجمله آتشسوزی، سبب برهم خوردن تعادل این جامعه ها می شود. در تحقیق حاضر به تأثیر آتشسوزی بر تنوع، غنا و زیستتوده زنده فون خاک پرداخته شده است. مواد و روشها: این تحقیق در پارسل های 20 و 21 سری 11 حوزه آبخیز 48، اداره کل منبع های طبیعی و آبخیزداری- نوشهر انجام شد. تعداد 10 پلات 30Í30 سانتی متری با عمق 30 سانتیمتر در هر یک از دو تیمار جنگل آتشسوزی شده و جنگل شاهد (مجموعاً 20 پلات) بهصورت تصادفی و به روش دستی نمونه برداری شد. خاک داخل پلات ها از محدوده گودال به داخل ظرفی تشت مانند تخلیه شده و پس از جداسازی ماکروفونها در داخل کیسه های پلاستیکی قرار گرفته و برای شناسایی و اندازهگیری زیستتوده به آزمایشگاه انتقال داده شد. سپس وزن هر یک از این موجودها، با ترازوی دیجیتال (دقت 0001/0 گرم)، اندازه گیری و سپس در سطح راسته و خانواده شناسایی شدند. برای محاسبه شاخص های غلبه، تنوع زیستی و غنای فون خاک، از نرمافزار Past و برای انجام تجزیه های آماری، از آزمون تی غیر جفتی در محیط نرم افزار SPSS استفاده گردید.
نتایج و بحث:
از کل ماکروفونهای شناساییشده بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به کرم خاکی بوده است و تمام گونه ها بهجز سوسکهای راسته سخت بالپوشان و مورچهها در منطقه شاهد بیشتر از آتشسوزی شده است. زیستتوده کلی سطح های تغذیه ای تفاوت معنیداری در بین دو تیمار آتشسوزی نشان نداد؛ این در حالی است که میزان آن در منطقه آتشسوزی شده 35/2 و در شاهد 70/1 گرم بر متر مربع بود. از بین خرده ریزخواران زیستتوده، کرم خاکی و سخت بالپوشان افزایش و هزارپایان، خرخاکیها و دیپلورا در منطقه آتشسوزی شده نسبت به منطقه شاهد کاهش یافتند.
نتیجهگیری:
نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که با گذشت 5 سال پس از آتشسوزی، بهجز شاخص یکنواختی و غلبه گونهای، دیگر شاخص ها اختلاف معنی داری را بین جنگل شاهد با آتش سوزی شده نشان ندادند. این مطلب نشان دهنده بازگشت جنگل به حالت اولیه و بازسازی جامعه های فون خاک به زمان قبل از آتشسوزی میباشد. از سوی دیگر، مقایسه جمعیت فون خاک در سطح های تغذیه ای نیز نشان داد که موجودهای خرده ریزخوار در منطقه آتشسوزی شده نسبت به دیگر گروهها بیشترین آسیب و کاهش جمعیت را در اثر آتشسوزی داشته است.

بررسی آلودگی فلزهای سنگین (Cd, Cu, Zn, Pb, Ni, Cr) در آب و جلبک قهوهای Polycladia indica ساحل های شمالی دریای مکران
سابقه و هدف:
اکوسیستمهای آبى بهویژه دریاها و خط های ساحلى آنها در معرض آلودگیهای محیط زیستی مختلفى نظیر ترکیب های آلى و فلزهای سنگین هستند که در اثر فعالیتهای طبیعى و بیشتر در اثر فعالیتهای انسانى به محیطهای آبى راه مییابند. این تحقیق، با هدف بررسی میزان تجمع غلظت فلزهای سنگین در آب و جلبک Polycladia indica بهعنوان شاخص زیستی در ساحلهای شمالی دریای مکران و مقایسه غلظت آنها با استانداردهای جهانی و پژوهش های قبلی صورت گرفته، انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها:
بدین منظور میزان جمع شدن فلزهای سنگین (Cd, Cu, Zn, Pb, Ni, Cr) در نمونههای آب و جلبک قهوهای P.indica در ده ایستگاه در طول ساحل های شمالی دریای مکران در پاییز 1396 بررسی شد. نمونههای جمعآوریشده به آزمایشگاه منتقل و فلزهای سنگین توسط دستگاه جذب اتمی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت.
نتایج و بحث:
در نمونههای جلبک در کل ایستگاهها عنصر روی دارای بیشترین میزان و فلزهای کروم،نیکل، مس،سرب، کادمیوم در رتبههای بعدی قرار داشتند. غلظت کروم در کل ایستگاهها در نمونههای آب دارای بیشترین میزان، و فلزهای روی، نیکل،مس، سرب، کادمیوم در رتبههای بعدی قرار داشتند. آزمون آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه تفاوتهای معنیداری را ازنظر غلظت فلزها میان ایستگاههای نمونهبرداری نشان داد(05/0p <). غلظت فلزهای سنگین در نمونههای آب دارای میانگین پایین تری نسبت به استانداردهای جهانی بودند. همبستگی بالای بین فلزهای سنگین نشاندهنده نبود تنوع منبع های آلودگی در ساحل های شمالی دریای مکران و یکنواختی ترکیب ژئوشیمیایی واحدهای زمینشناسی ساحلی منطقه در ایستگاههای نمونهبرداری است.
نتیجه گیری:
نتایج این بررسی بیانگر تمایل بالای اینگونه جلبک در جذب فلزهای سنگین هست که به همین دلیل میتوان اینگونه را بهعنوان شاخص زیستی آلایندههای فلزهای سنگین در ساحلهای شمالی دریای مکران معرفی کرد.

انتخاب بهترین روش ساماندهی پساب کارخانه فراوری ماهی با توجه به مدل AHP (کارخانه فرآوری ماهی میرود)
سابقه و هدف:
صنعت فراوری ماهی تولید کننده مقدار زیادی از مواد زائد جامد و پساب است. پساب فراوری ماهی بهطور عمده شامل پساب حاصل از پردازش اولیه ماهی خام، شستشوی کارخانه و زائدات خام باقی مانده(خون، امعا و احشا و...) است. چربی بالای موجود در پساب شهرک صنعتی می رود باعث ایجاد مشکل تصفیه، دفع و بحرانهای محیط زیستی گردیده است. هدف از این مطالعه انتخاب بهترین روش ساماندهی و استفاده از پساب کارخانه فراوری ماهی با توجه به پرکاربردترین تکنولوژیهای جهانی مدیریت پساب میباشد.
مواد و روش ها:
در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش سلسله مراتبی AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) و شناسایی روشهای ممکن تصفیه فاضلاب، از بین گزینههای صافی چکنده، لاگون هوادهی، هضم بی هوازی و لجن فعال با استفاده از معیارهای فنی، اقتصادی، محیط زیستی و مدیریتی به تشخیص بهترین روش ساماندهی این پساب پرداخته شد.
نتایج و بحث:
با توجه به نتایج حاصل از AHP روش لجن فعال با امتیاز 417/0 در اولویت اول و لاگون هوادهی، هضم بی هوازی و صافی چکنده به ترتیب با امتیازهای 284/0، 246/0 و 052/0 در اولویتهای بعدی با توجه به نظر متخصصین قرار گرفتند.
نتیجه گیری :
بررسیهای نهایی نشان داد که بهترین روش استفاده از پساب کارخانه فراوری با توجه به معیارها و زیر معیارهای فنی، مدیریتی، محیط زیستی و اقتصادی، روش لجن فعال بود.

برنامه ریزی ساختاری شبکه های بوم شناختی سامانه کالبدی (مورد مطالعاتی: سیمای سرزمین تهران)
سابقه و هدف: سیمای سرزمین شهری دارای پیچیدگی های فراوانی است که برنامه ریزی در روند حل مشکلات آنها نیاز به دانشی جامع دارد. دراین راستا، بوم شناسی سیمای سرزمین به دلیل تعامل با دیگر علم ها، در برنامه ریزی کاربردی سیمای سرزمین شهری مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد و به برنامه ریزان شهری و منطقه ای کمک می کند که نه تنها در حل مشکل های شهری گام بردارند، بلکه روش های مناسبی در راستای اعتلای سیمای سرزمین شهرها تبیین کنند. ساخت سیمای سرزمین شهرها دارای ویژگی های چهارگانه ناهمگنی، شامل: "ساختاری"، "فرآیندی"، "زمانی" و "فضایی"، می باشد که همین امر تحقیق در زمینه برنامه ریزی سیمای سرزمین شهری را نیازمند بررسی های عمیق تر می نماید. شبکه های بوم شناختی سیمای سرزمین شهری، گذرگاه های ماده و انرژی هستند که به شکلی پویا در شار(جریان) مواد، انرژی و اطلاعات دخالت دارند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، کاربرد مبانی بوم شناسی سیمای سرزمین در روند برنامه ریزی ساختاری شبکه های بوم شناختی سامانه کالبدی شهرها است. همچنین در این بررسی، استفاده از چارچوب مفهومی-تحلیلی در برنامه ریزی ساختاری شبکه های بوم شناختی سامانه کالبدی تهران مد نظر بوده است. مواد و روش ها: در این مورد، روش پژوهش به دو بخش عمده تقسیم بندی می شود: 1) تدقیق چارچوب مفهومی-تحلیلی پژوهش در تبیین برنامه ریزی ساختاری شبکه های بوم شناختی سامانه کالبدی شهرها؛ 2) برنامه ریزی توسعه سامانه کالبدی سیمای سرزمین شهر تهران در هماهنگی با روندهای بوم شناختی سرزمین، و مدیریت تغییر مطلوب در الگوی ساختاری شبکه های بوم شناختی سیستم های طبیعی و انسان ساخت سرزمین. در این پژوهش، با استفاده از مدل LCM1 که مدلسازی تغییر کاربری زمین های شهری در زمان های متوالی، از گذشته به حال و آینده را به تصویر می کشد، نقشه های ساخت سامانه ی کالبدی تهران در سه دوره زمانی مختلف با هم مقایسه می شود. در این مدل، با کمک سامانه نرمافزاری GIS2،پیش بینی نقطه های حساس ساخت سامانه کالبدی سیمای سرزمین تهران در ده سال آینده، با توجه به میزان تغییر کاربری زمین ها در سامانه ی کالبدی شهر در یک ده ی گذشته، صورت می گیرد. نتایج و بحث: به دنبال توسعه غیرزیستی سامانه کالبدی تهران، مراتب نزولی در ساخت ارتباطی-انزوایی شبکه های بوم شناختی سیمای سرزمین شهری به دست آمده است و آسیب رسانی به این شبکه ها سبب ایجاد خوره در شبکه زیستی و هدررفت ماده و انرژی در ساخت بوم شناختی-جامعه شناختی سیمای سرزمین آنها شده است. این امر، درنهایت، سبب ساده شدگی، تکه-تکه شدگی و فقر سامانه سیمای سرزمین شهری گردیده است. نتایج بررسی نقشه ها در سه زمان متوالی نشان دهنده ی کاهش سطح پوشش گیاهی و تکه-تکه شدگی لکه های سبز سامانه ی کالبدی تهران در شمال شرق، شمال، شمال غرب و نیز قسمت هایی از جنوب شرقی بوده است. در این راستا، میزان پوشش گیاهی از 17 درصد کنونی به 15 درصد در سال 1406 خواهد رسید و نیز بخش های انسان ساخت از 67 درصد کنونی به 71 درصد در ده سال آینده افزایش می یابد. در این مورد: ابتدا ایجاد ارتباط تحلیلی بین چارچوب مفهومی پیشنهادی پژوهش از یک سو، و داده های به دست آمده از سامانه کالبدی سیمای سرزمین تهران از سوی دیگر، مورد توجه بوده است، و در نهایت، به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل روند کنونی توسعه شهری و همچنین پیش بینی تاثیر توسعه کالبدی شهر بر شبکه های بوم شناختی سیمای سرزمین از یک سو، و برنامه ریزی تغییرپذیری ها در الگوهای ساختار سامانه کالبدی تهران از سوی دیگر، مد نظر بوده است. نتیجه گیری: تجزیه و تحلیل سامانه کالبدی سیمای سرزمین تهران با استفاده از چارچوب مفهومی-تحلیلی پیشنهادی پژوهش در سه سطح تخصصی: "زیست شناسی"، "بومشناسی" و "بوم شناسی سیمای سرزمین" - ضمن تبیین فرآیندهای زیستی نهاد "زیستی-فضایی-اجتماعی" سیمای سرزمین شهری و با در نظر گرفتن فرآیند برنامه ریزی شبکه های بوم شناختی، بر اساس بیان راهکارهای کاربردی در جهت کاهش روند اختلالهای بوم شناختی و اعتلای سیمای سرزمین شهر تهران بوده است.

بررسی تخریب نوری، تجزیه زیستی،جذب آب و خواص مکانیکی پلاستیک های تخریب پذیر جهت استفاده در صنایع بسته بندی
سابقه و هدف: پسماندهای حاوی مواد پلاستیکی بخصوص تبدیل به معضلی در سراسر جهان شده اند. مدت زمان تجزیه مواد پلیمری پایه نفتی در محیط زیست طولانی می باشد. بسته بندی پلاستیکی یکی از معمول ترین منابع تولید این پسماندها می باشد. یکی از راهکارهای مقابله با این مشکل استفاده از پلاستیک های تخریب پذیر است.یکی از روش های تولید پلاستیک های زیست تخریب پذیر آمیزه سازی این مواد با پلیمرهای طبیعی است. تخریب نوری نیز یکی از انواع روش های تجزیه این مواد در طبیعیت می باشد که به نظر می رسد برای پلاستیک های قابل استفاده در صنایع بسته بندی که در بیشتر موارد عمدا یا سهوا توسط شهروندان در طبیعت رها می شود راهکار مناسبی است. مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش آمیزه قابل تخریب نوری و زیست تخریب پذیری از نشاسته و پلی اتیلن سبک خطی جهت استفاده در صنایع بسته بندی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. مقادیر مختلفی از نشاسته(7/3%،4/7%، 10%، 15% و 20%) در آمیزه ها تهیه شده است. از پلی اتیلن مالئیک انهیدرید بعنوان کوپلینگ ایجنت استفاده شده است. بررسی خواص مکانیکی ،جذب آب و رشد قارچ بروی نمونه ها انجام گرفته است. نمونه ها به مدت 3 ماه در نور مستقیم خورشید قرار داده شده اند. آزمون مقاومت کششی قبل و بعد از قرار گیری نمونه ها در معرض نور خورشید انجام گرفته است. نمونه ها به مدت 11 ماه درون خاک قرار داده شدند تا تخریب زیستی آنها بررسی گردد. نمونه ها به مدت 84 روز در معرض آسپرژیلوس نیجر قرار داده شدند. نتایج و بحث: طبق بررسی های انجام شده با افزایش میزان نشاسته مقاومت کششی آمیزه و مدول یانگ کاهش می یابد، پس از 3 ماه در معرض نور قرار گرفتن مقاومت مکانیکی و مدول یانگ به مراتب کاهش یافت. نتایج آزمون جذب آب نشان داد که با افزایش میزان نشاسته بر جذب آب نمونه ها افزوده شده است. جذب آب به وزن ملکولی و تعداد گروه های هیدروکسیل موجود بستگی دارد .مقایسه وزن نمونه ها قبل و بعد از دفن در خاک نشانگر تخریب زیستی نمونه ها ست، کاهش وزن نمونه های حاوی نشاسته پس از 11 ماه قرار گیری در خاک است است. افت در خواص مکانیکی بر اثر آزاد شدن نشاسته و خروج نشاسته رخ داده است . هر چه مقادیر نشاسته در آمیزهها کمتر باشد آمیزه تحت تأثیر ماتریس پلیاتیلن سبک قرار گرفته و در دسترس میکروارگانیسمها قرار نمیگیرد. ذرات نشاستهای که در سطح نمونه قرار میگیرند زودتر در معرض تخریب زیستی قرار میگیرند با افزایش زمان ماند نمونهها در خاک میکروارگانیسمها و آنزیمهای آنها به قسمتهای درونی ماتریس پلیمری نفوذ کرده و سبب تجزیه کل پلیمر میشوند. رشد قارچ بروی نمونه های حاوی مقادیر مختلف نشاسته، نشانگر قابلیت تجزیه زیستی نمونه های پلیمری توسط میکروارگانیسم ها میباشد. زیست تخریبپذیری میکروبی به ظرفیت میکروارگانیسم و متابولیسم میکروبی وابسته است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده پلیمر تولیدی زیست تخریب پذیر و قابل تخریب نوری می باشد. و قابلیت استفاده در صنایع بسته بندی را دارد. دفن در خاک شبیه سازی محل دفن زباله می باشد. در صورتی که این نمونه ها در محیط تجزیه مناسب قرار گیرند کم دجار افت خواص می شوند و شروع به تخریب می نمایند. شایان ذکر است که نمونه های تولید شده جهت بسته بندی مواد غیر خوراکی مناسب می باشند.

ارزیابی هیدروکربن های آروماتیک چند حلقه ای در رسوب های سطحی سواحل منطقه ویژه اقتصادی انرژی پارس، (بندر عسلویه)
سابقه و هدف:
فعالیتهای اکتشافی استخراجی و پالایشگاهی در طول سالیان اخیر زیان های زیادی به محیط زیست خلیجفارس وارد کرده است. در تحقیق حاضر منطقهی ویژهی اقتصادی انرژی پارس در بخش شمالی خلیجفارس که محل تجمع انبوه تأسیسات استخراج، پالایش، فرآوری و صادرات نفت و گاز است مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. همهساله میزان های متنابهی از انواع آلایندههای نفتی به ساحل های خلیج فارس در این محدوده سرازیر میشود. هدف از این تحقیق، تعیین پراکنش و منبع دستهای از آلایندههای نفتی خطرناک، تحت عنوان هیدروکربنهای آروماتیک چند حلقهای در محدوده بندر عسلویه است.
مواد و روشها:
تعداد 15 نمونه در اسفندماه سال 1394 با استفاده از نمونهبردار گرپ ون وین در 5 نیمخط بهصورت عمود بر ساحل در محدودهی فازهای 1 تا 5 منطقه ویژه اقتصادی انرژی پارس برداشت شده است. رسوب ها در فویلهای آلومینیومی بستهبندی و به آزمایشگاه منتقل شد. نمونهها توسط دستگاه فریزدرایر خشک شده و ذرات رسوبی ریزدانه (63µm≥) که به دلیل دارا بودن سطح ویژه بالا، قابلیت بیشتری برای جذب آلاینده ها دارند، با استفاده از روش فیزیکی غربال شدند. در نهایت 16 ترکیب از هیدروکربنهای آروماتیک چند حلقهای که از نظر آژانس حفاظت محیطزیست آمریکا سمی شناختهشدهاند توسط دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی با طیفسنج جرمی مورد خوانش قرار گرفت. به این ترتیب میزان حضور این آلاینده ها در منطقه مشخص و پراکنش جغرافیایی این ترکیبها در سیستم اطلاعات مکانی با استفاده از نرمافزار ARCGIS ترسیم و منبع ترکیبهای آروماتیک مشاهده ای نیز به کمک شاخصهای توسعه داده شده تعیین گردید.
نتایج و بحث:
مجموع غلظت 16 ترکیب آروماتیک چند حلقهای مورد تاکید سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست آمریکا در ایستگاههای مورد بررسی در گسترهی 6/46 تا 7/84 نانوگرم بر گرم وزن خشک تعیین شده است. منشأ این ترکیبها به کمک شاخصهای توسعه داده شده پتروژنیک یا فسیلی تشخیص داده شده است. ریسک محیط زیستی حضور این ترکیبها در رسوبها نیز با کمک راهبرد کیفی رسوبهای ایالت فلوریدا تعیین و مشخص گردید. بهجز Naphthalene و Acenaphthene، سطح غلظت دیگر هیدروکربنهای مورد آزمایش پایینتر از سطح آثار آستانهای میباشد. سطح آستانهای، غلظتی است که پایینتر از آن، تاثیرهای بیولوژیکی زیان بار در موجوداتی کف زی بهندرت مشاهده میشود.
نتیجه گیری:
مجموع غلظت ترکیب های 16 گانه PAHs در سطح منطقه بیانگر آن بوده است که غلظت هیچ یک از ترکیب ها از دامنه پایین تاثیرها تجاوز نکرده بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که احتمال رخداد آثار مضر و زیانبار برای موجودات کف زی در این منطقه و به طبع آن برای دیگر موجودات زنجیره غذایی و انسان در انتهای زنجیره کم است. با توجه بهشدت بالای رسوبگذاری و فرسایش و منشأ فسیلی آلاینده های مشاهده شده در سطح منطقه، آلودگی های پیشین شاید زیرلایه های رسوبی مدفون شده اند، به این دلیل ورود پیوسته آلودگی تاکنون نتوانسته سبب آلودگی شدید رسوب های سطحی گردد.
