Urban-CA modeling experiments have been conducted for a medium-sized city (Shahr-e-Kord) in Iran over a thirty-five year time span. Global transition probabilities obtained from the Markov chain model and Unique Conditions Map were derived from WoE. Local transition probabilities were estimated using infrastructural factors by two different probabilistic empirical methods: the WoE approach, based on Bayesian theory; and logistic regression. The final land use transition rules drove an Urban-CA model, built upon basis of stochastic land use allocation algorithms. These Urban-CA models drive a CA model based on eight cell Moore neighborhoods. The simulation outputs were statistically validated according to a new compound method based on a Multiple Resolution Model (MRM). After achieving simulations for the 1999-2002 and 2002-2006 time periods along the whole time series, forecast simulations were carried out up to 2025 (1404) and for various urban planning scenarios. For all simulation periods, the best results were obtained from a combined Markov chain and logistic regression with 0.5 Gama to derive the transition rules. Different simulation outputs for the case study indicate their possible further applicability for generating simulation of growth trends both for Iranian cities and cities world-wide. }, keywords = {Keywords: urban-cellular automata (urban-CA),Simulation,transition rules,weights of evidence (WoE),Logistic Regression,markov chain}, title_fa = {سنجش از دور (RS)، سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) و مدل سلول های خودکار(CA) به عنوان ابزاری برای شبیه سازی تغییرات کاربری اراضی شهری (مطالعه موردی، شهر شهرکرد)}, abstract_fa = {این تحقیق در صدد است الگوی روش شناختی جدیدی را برای شبیه سازی دینامیک کاربری اراضی شهری با استفاده از سنجش از دور، GIS و مدل سلول های خودکار فراهم نماید. آزمایش این مدل برای شبیه سازی تغییرات کاربری اراضی شهری یکی از شهرهای میانی ایران(شهرکرد) وبرای یک دوره زمانی 35 ساله انجام گرفت. احتمالات تبدیل کلی از روش زنجیره های مارکف وهمچنین جداول شرایط منحصر به فرد حاصل از روش WoE به دست آمد . احتمالات تبدیل محلی به وسیله متغیرهای مربوط به عوامل زیرساختی شهر و با استفاده از دو روش احتمالاتی تجربی روش وزن های شاهد WoE بر اساس تئوری بیز و همچنین مدل رگرسیون لجستیک ، محاسبه گردید. قوانین تبدیل کاربری اراضی نهایی وارد مدل Urban- CA گردید و بر اساس الگوریتم های اختصاص کاربری اراضی تصادفی ، شبیه سازی صورت گرفت . این مدل Urban- CA تغییر کاربری اراضی یک مدل CA که بر پایه همسایگی هشت تایی مور است را اجرا می کند. خروجی های شبیه سازی به صورت آماری با یک روش ترکیبی جدید که بر پایه روش های تحلیل چند گانه است، ارزیابی گردید. بعد از آنکه شبیه سازی برای پیش بینی تغییرات کاربری اراضی شهری تا سال 2025 (1404) و برای سناریوهای مختلف برنامه ریزی شهری اجرا شد. برای تمام دوره های شبیه سازی ، بهترین نتایج در استفاده از ترکیب روش مارکف و روش رگرسیون لجستیک با گامای 5/0 برای استخراج قوانین تبدیل حاصل شد. نتایج مختلف شبیه سازی برای منطقه مورد مطالعه ، کاربردی بودن آتی مدل برای شبیه سازی روند رشد شهرهای ایران و سایر نقاط جهان را اثبات میکند.}, keywords_fa = {سلول های خودکار شهری,Urban- CA شبیه سازی,قوانین تبدیل,احتمالات تبدیل,وزن های شاهد,WoE,رگرسیون لجستیک,زنجیره های مارکف}, url = {https://envs.sbu.ac.ir/article_94444.html}, eprint = {https://envs.sbu.ac.ir/article_94444_a69ab4381d948fa72c45b28380fb18f5.pdf} }
