However, most of the particles are deposited on the canopy and soil of plants, which are absorbed by them. Pollution-resistant species with a high capacity to absorb suspended particles can be used to remove suspended particles from the urban environment. For this reason, in this study, concentrations of heavy metals in the leaves and soil of tree species in Bandar Abbas were measured and evaluated. Also, species with the highest potential for adsorption of heavy metals were identified. Material and methods: First, three tree species including Azadirachta indica, Conocarpus and Prosopis juliflora were selected as the dominant plants in Bandar Abbas and in 30 points of the fields with 5 points of the non-polluted environment outside the city (control), and sampled from the surface soil and leaves of these species. After preparing and digesting the samples, the concentration of heavy metals (cadmium, manganese, zinc and lead) emitted from urban traffic was measured using atomic absorption spectrometry in soil and tree leaf samples. Next, the difference in heavy metal concentrations between tree species was analyzed by ANOVA and between soil and leaves and between urban and control environments was analyzed by t-student test. Then, to determine the tree species with high accumulation of heavy metals, two indices of heavy metal accumulation (BCF) and bioaccumulation index (MAI) were used.Results and discussion: The results showed that the pattern of heavy metals in soil and leaves of tree species was Mn> Zn> Pb> Cd. The maximum concentrations of heavy metals in the soil and leaves were detected in Conocarpus, Azadirachta indica and Prosopis juliflora, respectively. Spatially, the highest concentration of heavy metals in the sampling points was related to Imam Hossein Street. However, the minimum concentration of heavy metals was observed in the Persian Gulf Street. The concentrations of Mn and Pb in the soil of plant species were different and their differences were significant at 95% level, but the concentration of Cd and Zn was not different in the soil of tree species. Pb, Mn and Zn concentrations were not different in the shoots of the studied tree species and their differences were not significant at the 95% level. However, the concentration of Cd in the shoots of the species was different and the difference between the species was significant at the 95% level. There was a significant difference in the concentration of heavy metals between soil and leaves at 95 and 99%. Also, the concentration of heavy metals in soil and leaves between urban and control fields was significantly different at 95%. The pattern of the BCF index in all species was Zn> Pb> Mn> Cd and heavy metals had moderate accumulation for tree species. Bioaccumulation index (MAI) showed that Conocarpus had the highest adsorption potential of heavy metals and the lowest adsorption potential was observed in Prosopis juliflora.Conclusion: Conocarpus, by absorbing pollutants from urban traffic, purifies the polluted air of Bandar Abbas; However, Prosopis juliflora, which is one of the migratory trees in the city of Bandar Abbas, with strong and deep roots, dries up the surface and groundwater of the region. On the other hand, its potential to absorb urban air pollutants is weak. Therefore, despite their resistance to drought and heat, Conocarpus trees have a high potential to purify urban pollution and can replace Prosopis juliflora.}, keywords = {Conocarpus erectus,Bandar Abbas,Cadmium,MAI index,BCF index}, title_fa = {اندازه‌گیری و ارزیابی تجمع آلودگی فلزات سنگین در خاک و برگ سه‌ گونه‌ی درختی (چریش، کهور و کنوکارپوس) در شهر بندرعباس}, abstract_fa = {سابقه و هدف: انتشار ذرات معلق از اگزوز خودروها، سایش لاستیک و لنت، روان کننده های موتور و سایش حصار خیابانی، حاوی فلزات سنگینی است که سلامت اکوسیستم شهری را با خطر آلودگی مواجه می سازد؛ اما عمدهی ذرات بر اندام هوایی گیاه و خاک بستر آن رسوب نموده و جذب گیاه می شود. گونه های مقاوم به آلودگی و دارای ظرفیت بالا برای جذب ذرات معلق، می تواند برای حذف ذرات معلق از هوای محیط شهری به کار آیند. به همین دلیل در پژوهش حاضر، سعی در سنجش و ارزیابی غلظت فلزات سنگین در اندام هوایی و خاک بستر گونه های درختی شهر بندرعباس است و گونه ای که بیشترین پتانسیل جذب فلزات سنگین را دارد، شناسایی گردد.مواد و روش ها: به منظور دستیابی به رهیافت پژوهش، ابتدا سه گونه ی درختی شامل: چریش (Azadirachta indica)، کونوکارپوس (Conocarpus erectus L.) و کهور (Prosopis juliflora) بعنوان گیاهان غالب شهر بندرعباس انتخاب گردید و در 30 نقطه از میدان ها و خیابان های اصلی شهر به همراه پنج نقطه از محیط غیرآلوده در بیرون شهر (شاهد)، از خاک سطحی و برگ این گونه ها نمونه برداری شد و پس از آماده سازی و هضم نمونه ها، غلظت فلزات سنگین (کادمیوم، منگنز، روی و سرب) با استفاده از دستگاه جذب اتمی در نمونه های خاک و برگ درختان اندازه گیری شد. سپس اختلاف غلظت فلزات سنگین بین گونه های درختی با آزمون تحلیل واریانس و همچنین بین خاک و برگ و بین محیط شهری و شاهد با آزمون تی استیودنت بررسی شد. درنهایت برای تعیین گونه ی درختی با تجمع دهندگی بالای فلزات سنگین، از دو شاخص تجمع زیستی (BCF) و شاخص تجمع فلز (MAI) استفاده گردید.نتایج و بحث: نتایج نشان داد که الگوی فلزات سنگین در خاک و برگ گونه های درختی به صورت Mn > Zn > Pb > Cd بود. بیشینه ی غلظت فلزات سنگین به ترتیب در خاک و برگ گونه ی کونوکارپوس، چریش و کهور بود. ازلحاظ مکانی، بیشترین غلظت فلزات سنگین در نقاط نمونه برداری مربوط به بلوار امام حسین بود که امتداد شرقی - غربی داشته و از شمال شهر بندرعباس عبور کرده و بلوارهای شمالی - جنوبی شهر نیز به آن متصل اند؛ اما کمینه ی غلظت فلزات سنگین در بلوار خلیج فارس مشاهده شد. غلظت فلزات منگنز و سرب در خاک گونه های گیاهی متفاوت بود و اختلاف آنها در سطح 95 درصد معنادار بود، اما غلظت کادمیوم و روی در خاک گونه های درختی اختلافی مشاهده نشد. در اندام هوایی گونه های درختی موردمطالعه، غلظت سرب، منگنز و روی تفاوتی مشاهده نشد و اختلاف آنها در سطح 95 درصد معنادار نبود؛ اما غلظت کادمیوم در اندام هوایی گونه ها (برگ درختان)، متفاوت بوده و اختلاف بین گونه ها در سطح 95 درصد معنادار بود. اختلاف آماری غلظت فلزات سنگین بین خاک و برگ درختان در سطح 95 و 99 درصد معنادار بود؛ همچنین غلظت فلزات سنگین در خاک و برگ درختان بین محیط شهری و شاهد در سطح 95 درصد اختلاف معناداری داشت. الگوی شاخص تجمع زیستی در همه ی گونه ها Zn > Pb > Mn > Cd بود و فلزات سنگین دارای انباشت گر متوسط برای گونه های درختی بودند. شاخص تجمع زیستی (MAI) نشان داد که کونوکارپوس دارای بیشترین پتانسیل جذب فلزات سنگین است و کمترین پتانسیل جذب نیز در گونه ی کهور مشاهده گردید. در توزیع مکانی این شاخص نیز، بلوار امام حسین و خیابان هایی که از آن انشعاب می گیرند، دارای بیشترین شاخص تجمع زیستی فلزات سنگین هستند.نتیجه گیری: گونه ی کونوکارپوس با جذب آلاینده های ناشی از ترافیک شهری، موجب پالایش هوای آلوده ی شهر بندرعباس می شود. کهور یا سُمُر که یکی از درختان مهاجر در شهر بندرعباس می باشد، با ریشه های قوی و عمیق موجب خشکیدن آبهای سطحی و زیرزمینی منطقه می شود. از طرف دیگر، پتانسیل آن برای جذب آلاینده های هوای شهری بسیار ضعیف است. بنابراین کونوکارپوس و دیگر گیاهانی که علیرغم مقاومت در برابر خشکی و گرما، پتانسیل بالایی در پالایش آلودگی شهری دارند، می تواند جایگزین کهور گردد.}, keywords_fa = {کنوکارپوس,بندرعباس,کادمیوم,شاخص تجمع فلز,شاخص تجمع زیستی}, url = {https://envs.sbu.ac.ir/article_102828.html}, eprint = {https://envs.sbu.ac.ir/article_102828_6a972d46d98d7d0b5995677a12955908.pdf} }
