مطالعه امکان استفاده از گیاه حرا (Avicennia marina) به عنوان پایش‎گر زیستی فلزات سنگین در خوریات ماه‎شهر

چکیده

چکیدهبا توجه به این‎که گیاه حرا گونه غالب اکوسیستم‎های مانگرو خوریات ماه شهر می‎باشد، از این‎رو در این مطالعه به منظور سنجش میزان فلزات سنگین (مس، سرب، نیکل ،کادمیوم و روی) خوریات ماه‎شهر از گیاه حرا استفاده گردید. بدین منظور نمونه‎‎برداری از برگ و ریشه درخت حرا و رسوبات سه رویش گاه دست کاشت در منطقه‎‎ بندر امام خمینی در دو فصل تابستان و زمستان صورت گرفت. از هر رویش‎گاه مجموعاً 9 نمونه‎ رسوب، 9 نمونه‎‎ ریشه (هرنمونه حاوی تقریباٌ 6 قطعه ریشه) و 9 نمونه‎ برگ (هر نمونه حاوی حدوداً 25 برگ) برداشت گردید. پس از هضم نمونه‎ها در آزمایشگاه، غلظت فلزات سنگین با استفاده از دستگاه جذب اتمی اندازه‎گیری شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین غلظت مس، سرب، نیکل، کادمیوم و روی در رسوب به ترتیب برابر 13/25، 02/15، 96/100، 82/3 و 98/75 ، در بافت ریشه به ترتیب برابر 49/10، 6/7، 96/6، 91/1 و 77/36 و در بافت برگ به ترتیب برابر 6/5، 2/6، 54/4، 41/1 و 56/22 می‎باشد. هم‎چنین همبستگی مثبت و معنی‎داری میان غلظت فلزات در رسوبات و بافت‎های گیاه به دست آمد. به طور کلی نتایج مبین آن است که گیاه حرا پایش‎گر زیستی مناسبی برای فلزات سنگین مورد مطالعه در خوریات ماه‎شهر می‎باشد، لیکن با توجه به این که میزان تجمع فلزات سنگین در ریشه‎ حرا نسبت به برگ آن بیشتر می‎باشد و نیز ضریب همبستگی بالاتری میان غلظت فلزات در رسوبات و ریشه گیاه نسبت به برگ به دست آمد، می‎توان بیان نمود که ریشه‎‎ گیاه حرا نسبت به برگ پایش‎گر زیستی مناسب‎تری می‎باشد.
