بررسی آلودگی آب، خاک و گندم منطقه بیجار به آرسنیک

آرسنيک يک آلاينده محيطي است و می‌توان از طريق آب و خاک آلوده به گیاهان منتقل شود. بر این اساس گياهان (به‌ویژه غلات) یکی از راه‌های ورود آرسنیک به زنجیره‌غذایی انسان محسوب می‌شوند. در این مطالعه انتقال آرسنیک به محصولات کشاورزی و ریسک انتقال آن به انسان در آب‌های سطحی، خاک و گندم ناحیه آلوده به آرسنیک بیجار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. غلظت آرسنیک آب 52/0 تا 64/484 میکرو­گرم بر لیتر و غلظت آرسنیک خاک 2/138 تا 2/1775 میلی‌گرم بر کیلو­گرم بود. هم‌چنین برخی از متغیرهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی آب و خاک که بر روی آلودگی آرسنیک مؤثر است اندازه‌گیری شدند. غلظت آرسنیک بخش هوایی نمونه‌های گندم 79/1 تا 58/30 و غلظت آرسنیک دانه‌های گندم 003/0 تا 08/0 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم بود. بر پایه این نتایج، غلظت آرسنیک در آب و خاک رابطه معنی‌داری را نشان داد اما همبستگی غلظت آرسنیک خاک با مقدار تجمع آن در گندم معنی­دار نبود.
